Here is my before pic. First thing since I woke up cold. My cycle starts on Sunday but, figured I would get things set up. It has been 7 months since RC injury and 3 months back in gym. Hopefully this cycle will help me pull things back together.

So i said f'it and just shot up 100mg test in my right quad and 75mg tren in my left quad. I usually like to start my cyles on a Sunday but, you can only read about so many people having amazing gains before you get impatient.

I have had everything on hand since yesterday so no harm done. Got my prami, letro, liquidex, stane, clomid, all on hand. Only thing i was really waiting on was my slin pins but I have 100's of 22g's lying about.

Aspirated twice each time just to be sure. Still bled like a virgin on prom night though from the tren IMJ. Not sure what the deal with that was maybe nicked something on the way out. If the prop holds true should start feeling it tomorrow. Arms tomorrow. Will keep you guys posted.
 
my bad test prop is the shit im using that too. sex drive crazy.when i pull the needle out i put pressure right away on it so i dont bleed all the shit out

No gyno, just big nipples. They're great babies love em at parties!

On the real though just genetically big nipples. Always had em. Bro has got em dad had got em. They look pretty norm usually but, when I do a front double bicep they just look super wierd. I am gyno prone though. Guess I will have to pack on enough muscle to grow into them.

Going to take a nap then go hit arms.

2cnd set of shots today. Not feeling much yet. Yesterday I had some kind of eating fit. Not sure what that was about. Much better today. No night sweats, high BP or any other tren effects yet. Letro seems to have my arom. probs in hand. Doing .25 a day. Clean injection today no blood.

One thing I do seem to be noticing is the lingering pain in my right shoulder is seeming to decrease. Then again i upped my Omega's for this cycle. On my way to the gym now to do the arm workout I missed yesterday will update once back.

Also the tren soreness is a lot less then prop. Always heard tren was supposed to hurt bad.

Edit: Lol just tried to get up and realized okay tren does hurt like a bitch!
 
Good workout.

Did some supersets. I stopped the NOshotgun today to assess whether the gear was working. Had some decent aggression and the blood pump was pretty good. I don't think I have hit peak levels yet though.

Starting to feel it a little. Had some good strength in the gym. Did a back day. I felt good neuromuscular connection. Some aggression (the good kind) during the workout out as well. Took third set of shots today. Not sure why but, my shoulder pain is going away. Pinned delts today. My diet was clean today but lacking due to a jerk supervisor riding me today. If I was going to get any tren agression it would have been then so I think I am in the clear.

Contemplating increasing doses. Thoughts opinions?

Maybe tren 75mg ED instead of EOD?
 
Had a chest workout today. Probably the best chest workout of my life. I am having trouble holding back on the strength. I am really glad I am in a hypertrophy phase or I know I would push myself way to hard.

The pumps are coming on fast and extremely strong. I literally got to the point where I felt my chest was going to rip right off my ribcage if I kept going.

Outside of the gym things were going great. Got a little case of lethargy last night and today but, I think that may be nutrition related. I am going to finish the week and then possibly tweak some things. Appetite is slouching a little due to increased water consumption. I am up to 2.5 gallons a day and still got cotton mouth this afternoon. Any advice on whether to try and tweak the diet first or just start the B-12? Usually I try to adapt the diet and if that fails go to the B-12, but I am wondering if I should hit the B-12 then adjust my diet to reflect the increased calories.

Once in the gym though the lethargy was gone when I touched my first weight. However I noticed i was getting gassed pretty fast on my cardio lately. I am attributing that too the rapid increase in weight gain.

So far my body weight is up 6lbs in 5 days. After my workout today I noticed my arms are growing dis-proportionally to the rest of my body. After my workout my right arm measured 15 3/4 inches. Less then a week ago it measured 14 1/2 inches after an arm workout. Cold my arms come in at 15 which is an inch in less than a week. I think some of it may have to do with glycogen loading but whatever the reason I am quite happy with it.

No tren affects yet but I am told they may set in later in the cycle. So far the letro seems to be keeping the gyno in check. I felt a little sore a couple days ago but upped the letro to .5mg's and it was gone by the next day. Not really prone to prog. gyno but, I think the prami is reigning in the tren side effects. My BP remains normal and I sleep like a baby and my moods are generally good.

Leg day tomorrow. Will keep you guys posted and put some new pictures up next Friday and keep posting new pics every two weeks for the length of the cycle.

4th set today. Pushing hard to stay hydrated. Again a little lethargy today, but a shower woke me up a bit.

Hit legs today. My quads seem to be getting a better pump and keeping form is a lot easier, but did not see any poundage increases there.

My hammy's on the other hand... I was able to rep 110 on hammy curls. When I first got there I was pushing to get it started and thought fuck is this too much? Then bam the aggression kicked in and once I got it going things where smooth as butter.

Calves did not get as good of a pump as I would like. I think that was due to shin pumps making the whole shin and calf area bloated up.

Noticing a definite decrease in cardio-vascular ability. I was getting gassed pretty quickly. I am attributing this to rapid weight gain and hopefully I should be able to catch up with it now that initial growth from glycogen and water load have occurred.

Tomorrow makes one week complete. Since the 6lb gain I have been holding steady. Also been trying to bump up the cardio. Getting shin plints though like when I first started running 6 month's ago. So ended up stopping a third of the way through my run and went to the gym and worked the bike.

Had some mild cramping today as well in lower abs. Will tweak the diet starting tomorrow and if gains are still sluggish will start injecting ED. Not feeling much right now as it is and could definitely handle more.
 
Damn son, your drinking tons of water. I wish I could down that much. I'm about 1 gallon a day and thats a max for me. Sucks! I will be following your log throughout.
 
Took some B-12 today. Since my RBC was low for on-cycle and I was feeling lethargic. Feeling much better now. Lethargy is gone. No apparent change in appetite but with meals every two hours i doubt i will get hungry. Hit arms today. Strength was definitely kicking. Pretty much increased all my weights. Had to hold back some cause I don't want to mess anything up.

Blood pump is coming on extremely strong and I am still fighting cardio but, making some headway. No weight gain in last two days but, I have been upping the cardio too.

Go with that bro! 75mg/ED of each sounds like a good idea as it will stabilize the half life of the short esters.. For ME, I would go 100mg/ED test prop and 50mg/ED Tren ace. Test prop causes minimal bloat and estrogenic sides, so you can run it higher without too much concern for gyno or bloat given you run an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) with the cycle. The tren is better kept lower because acetate specifically can easily antagonize prolactin related problems so if you're gyno sensitive like me, you dont want to tip the scale in the direction of high risk to develop gyno especially prolactin kind! Estrogenic gynecomastia is easily treated and effectively reduced. NOT SO with prolactin related gyno! Pretty much permanent
