Tryin My first Cycle any opinions?

I would have recommended test only for a first cycle. You want to see how you respond to a substance before you add another. Deca doesnt convert to estrogen, so your side effects will be hard to figure out.

As for your results, everyone is different. If I were to guess, I would say you should gain 15-25 lbs. It will really come down to your diet and genetics

what type of diet do you think should be good with these? an thank you for the input... much apreciated.. an i know a few ppl that are on the same cycle.. no side effect yet.. an im just doing these two then a post of wistro an hgh then im done... i just want a boost..
 
Try skipping a cycle and spending some time in the kitchen, seriously you won't grow on steroids if you don't eat....
 
I agree with the above posters. You will need to ensure your diet is in check before beginning AAS. However, I was that light when I first started but I had a legitament reason too. I face very low levels of testerone; lowest my doctor has every seen. So I never come off and am happier than ever.

I see no problem with you doing a cycle, but do it smart. Start off lower and with your way to higher dosages over the years.
 
Dont waste your money on a cycle at your size to be honest. You are pretty light. I would stock up your fridge and eat like a beast. It will save you some money.

Start pounding down the milk, eating plenty of proteins and carbs and get plenty of sleep.

What are your lifts like?

When youre 180-190 would be more reasonable to consider a cycle. You will benefit even more because you will already be a good size for your stats.
 
all reasonable answers... i apreciate the input... but i eat like a champ as it is... i have a fast motab... i drink 3 protein shakes a day.. i eat chicken, steak, fish all week.. stacks of food... an hit the gym up every day! cardio, bench and all free waights needed.. i can put up 190 like its nothing. an thats only a month back at the gym... my stength isnt the issue it the mass. im tryin to gain weight. i was going to use the aas to amp up all areas.. ?!
 
Cut out your cardio, post up a diet, and wait more than a month....Hit the gym excessively for a while with plenty of food and you'll see results, what does your training and diet look like right now?
 
i train 6 days a week.
monday ill do bis, tris an back.
tuesday ill do chest, shoulers and lats
wensday ill legs and abbs (usually do light abbs everyday) an cardio.
thursday. burn ripps thru the resistint mech. and the forarms.
friday. lower back an some more upper back..
saturday.. i wake up all major muscles with some semi heavy lifting as many reps as poss.

i eat everything well just about.. no junk food! all good carb intake

thats alot of days in the gym bro, In my opinion less is more, body needs rest to grow. I like a 3-4 day week

I suggest heading to the diet section and training section of this forum and post up what you do on a normal day and get some feedback, you'd be surprised at what little tweeks to your diet and training can do!
 
Thanks for all the advice!! much aprciated!!! the diet reg i saw on here is perfect.. its jus about the same way ive been doin it... im going to tweak mine to match the one posted exactly an see how it works.. as far as waiting on self bulking.. im at my max for my genetics.. i need this to push it to the next level... i start the doses of 200mg of each on sunday... ill keep results posted...

you arent fooling anyone here , just yourself. we get dozens through here every year who swear they eat " eat like a champ " and think that steroids will magically make them grow. some dont make any gains while others put on a few pounds while on cycle but loose most if not all when they come off the steroids because guess what IF you gain lean mass while on steroids then your calorie requirements go up.

so far what i have taken in today as of 12:38
1shake with 5 eggs oats and cottage cheese in it
4 cups of fruit and veggies
3 cups of vector cereal and a cup and half of milk
1 plain shake
2 eggs on toast
and right now i eating a half a rainbow trout. about 2lbs of meat.

later i will carb up with chicken parm. 2 fillets and about 6 cups of noodles.
this is a pre dinner snack.
workout and eat steak and yams with corn
wash it down with a shake
and then bedtime snack not shure what that will be yet. lol
shit reading that over i'm a bit of a pig lol

Lol jesus man, how much do you weigh. Ive been trying like hell to ramp up my diet which was decent before. Im def seeing results from it, but hell... sounds like your getting food carted in by the truck loads haha.

In all seriousness though what kinda calorie intake about is that per day and if you dont mind me asking what’s your weight.
