using Humilin R to bulk up

weight 77kg(170pounds)
body fat 10%
bmr 1687
TDEE 2615
training from 6 years
goal to gain as much as possible

ok guys I will not do cycle till June or July
but I want to reach 200 pounds
currently not using any supplement
I was thinking to use insulin
Humilin R 2iu before workout
10iu Humilin R after workout

with
10gm creatine after workout
and zma tablets also

anybody Experienced with that?
what else can I add?
what about igf-1

my diet will be
9am:
1 glass of milk
8 whole eggs

11am:
chicken breast 250gm

1pm:
brown bread 5-6 slices
1 veggi
8 whole eggs
1 bowl rice

5pm:
1 bowl rice
banana+penautbutter sandwich

6:30pm(1 hour before workout)
whey shake(50gm)+1 glass milk

8:30pm(immediately after workout)
whey shake(50gm)+1 glass milk
20-30gm dextrose

9pm
chicken breast 250gm
brown bread 4-5 slices
1 glass milk

my opinion is the same as every other thread you have posted.

Rut, seriously bro, even if you were in a position to do Slin, you have one of the worst diets I have ever seen. And before you use the "i live in India, and I only have wheat and we don't eat cows" excuse... you need to understand, that doesn't make it justifiable to put something as serious as AAS, much less Slin of all things into your body.

You either need to move, start eating meat, or take up BB stacking.

whey shake(50gm)+1 glass milkagain with the milk. amazing you won't eat cow but you'll drink the fuck outta its juices

brown bread 4-5 slices you need good Low gi carbs here... not half a loaf of bread

above is why your diet sucks... and why even without Slin you'll never reach your goals.
 
I wouldn't run Slin w/o AAS. And I wouldn't run Slin unless I was a lot bigger. Slin is for dudes who are pushing 300lbs and have a hard time putting on weight without eating 8k calories a day. Any normal person should just be upping their caloric intake 200 cals above maintenance every 3 days or so until you start putting on weight. Then you know thats your spot, stick with it until you gain a few, then continue to gradually increase the calories over time. Slin is a waste at your level, and if you have any kind of diabetes in your family using it could potentially make you insulin dependent for the rest of your life.
 
Don't bother with slin not worth death. Your not experienced enough if you have to ask advice like that
