Say a person sends funds via western union (via online credit card)
in the amount of 350

but they W/U says that person can only send another transfer of ~650

Now, is the limit 1000 per month

or 1000 per week

Please advise

yep that is your 30 day limit conan, it goes back up after 30 days. I even called the lady at WU and begged her to up my limit. hypothetically conan that is why someone would split the difference on sending money.
