1st off this is a no flameing forum , take it to email/pm/convo lounge if insults are needed .

sleeping giant he didnt make his criticism very constructibe but he does have a point . you dont need steroids to grow at that height and weight . you need food/sleep/heavy compound excercises with emphasis on food/protein .

I dont think I was flameing him as much as i was just giving him sound advice... Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) is only needed when you have reached your maximum potential or your max to growing.. and if you tell me 6'3 175 is a max potential.. your messed up
 
Actually Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) can be used to enhance growth in all phases, I understand the risks vs rewards and I choose to take the risk, there are athletes who run cycles pretty much continuously bridging from one to the next, me running 400mg of test E weekly won't hurt me.

I am sick and tired of the self rightous people who say "oh you can only take Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) once you MAX".. wrong.. Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) will help me reach my max and then surpass it.. I see no reason to wait.

Cheating is cheating, are you mad becuase I cheat better than you? I understand the proper foundation before taking Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) becuase obviously w/o the right environment you CANT GROW. But I eat properly I train properly I was 155lbs and I am 180lbs now.. I am diabetic and it was undiagnosed, which was the reason my weight was so low I have no insulin.

Now that I am taking insulin my weight is gaining properly, I'm sure I could gain 10-15lbs no problem with out Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) but I will be able to grow much faster WITH.

Hence the reason I am going to start.. I have the foundation.. Don't worry.

if you cant get bigger than that naturally you need to fix your diet and training before you cycle . waiting to your MAX is one thing but starting at least 50 pounds before it is another .

Today was a good day overall, I got my beautiful products today and I started taking my clenny and its awesome, dosed at 40MCG each so I popped two for today and I am really happy with the product I received, got it in TWO DAYS. I have decided that I'm going to go 2 weeks on 2 weeks off from now on, I don't know how effective it will be but after reading several user reviews I feel it will be helpful with keeping my fat down while bulking.

Today I worked my abs, played bball for an hour, and did some cardio.

Weighted incline crunch, 45x25x3
Dumbbell Side bend 120x20x3
Crunch machine 90x10x3
Leg lifts BWx15x3
45deg side bend 35x10x4

Weight this morning: 180LBS

80 mcgs is a pretty high dose to start off with right away if you have never taken it before. How was it? Any shakes or anything?

This is not going to being enough food to put on serious weight.
 
80mcg was fine for me, I had no headache no shakes no problems, my temp was up and I had a bit of dizzyness but that was it, that was two days ago..

Yesterday I decided to just keep popping every 4 hours till I got the shakes.. went up to 160mcg and decided not to go any further.. I had a bit of dizzyness and my legs were very warm but no shakes.

My girlfriend on the otherhand did 80mcg and was shaking all day.. I will keep her on 40mcg unless she gets the shakes again, then I will split it in half to 20mcg.

I, unfortuinately, have a very bad migrane today.. the only mitigating factor is whilst eating the pain goes away.. but its only while I have hot food in front of me.. as soon as the food is gone, the pain is back.. I don't get it.. the pain is throughout my entire head and in the back of my neck where my head/spine connects, its very tender.

I will not be taking clen today untill about noonish, I think I took too much yesterday and thats why I have the headache.. took some taladafil last night and it was great, I just eye dosed it and suspended in alcohol.. this morning I had some wood I couldnt get rid of though

That was my meals prior to 4pm, still missing dinner and post dinner foods :)

as soon as i get my medical marijuana I will be eating like there is no tomorrow.
 
i still don't think that's enough food before 4pm. I had over 1,200 calories before 9:30am today

I don't know how you are getting that many cals if you are eating like you posted above.

A bagel & cottage cheese for pre-workout and then a piece of chicken for post-workout just isn't going to cut it man.

I'm with this guy. I think your counting system might be screwed up. 12oz chicken is only 240cal
 
I eat most of my food at night, I work at day time so I can't really eat a lot. btw you are off, on fitday 4.6oz of chicken breast = 248cals, 12oz would be 646cals.. on an average day I eat 1lb of cottage cheese, 1/2 to 1 loaf of bread, 2lbs of meat (chicken or steak) and 2-3 cups of oats.

no way your consuming 5,000 cals per day.. and when did cottage cheese get on a bulking diet??..
 
I am doing a clean bulk. Not looking to really gain fat.. I get my food scale today so I will really know how much

2 wheat bagel / 2 cups cottage cheese (had this twice on that day)= 1100 cal
2 cup oats = 280cal
12oz chicken breast = 388cal
16oz skirt steak = 934cal
10 slices of bread = 600cal
10oz turkey breast (deli) = 300cal

This is what I had eaten on that day, which comes in a little under 3700cal. I also purposely ate less because people were BSING me saying I was eating too much food for it to be useful.. if you look at prior days food I have eaten a lot more.. I also had only eaten chicken breast for lunch that day, normally I eat breakfast, two meals before lunch, lunch, and then a meal when i get home, a meal before i work out, a meal after, dinner and one after dinner.. again I was getting BSED on here saying I don't need all those calories, so I Had cut back.

This isn't counting the junk calories of the soda that I can't seem to kick, at least 4 cans a day. @ 600CAL, 8oz OJ in the morning @ 90cal, and other snacks that aren't worth tracking... Including the junk cals i'm over 4300CAL
