good decision to wait it out.. Im not saying 22 is too young like you were told as Im just 21 however I use Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) for sports and have been training since the 6th grade when my dad would make me lift 4x per week, but I believe once you find a diet, good workout routine, give that 12 mths... garunteed you will surpass any standards you thought you could with that amount of time.. keep a log update us on your progress of going natural post some pics, and stuff.. like I said.. were trying to help you.. not a person on this board wants to see you fail.

Ok.. had a pretty good workout had good form throughout everything and having nice strong reps that are a lot more stable than last week ..

time to go eat.. eating has been down lately.. feeling sick the past few days but I finally found out why I was having migraines.. my blood sugar was WAY UP I had faulty test strips so I was under medicating b/c my strips were telling me my sugar was lower than it really was.. got some new test strips and immediately saw difference..

do you suggest 2x a week? I don't mind doing once or twice, but most test E guys were running just 1 shot a week for small doses .. I'm not running 375 2x a week if you were wondering.. nto that i'd mind.. 750MG wouldn't be unheard of just overkill at this point.
 
I was just wondering.. I think 2x would keep it a little more clean I guess.. but once would be easier.. I would suggest 500mg of test per week personally, but if you see good improvements at 375mg then that is also fine.
 
I would stay on a schedule.. but just make the days like..

week 1- Thurs, Sun
2- Wed, Sat
3-Tues, Fri
4-tues, fri,
tues, fri on out..
 
Cut those dose in half and do two shots
Inject Thursday Night - Monday Morning
Or Thursday Morning - Sunday Night
 
with all those problems i wouldnt do roids. Roids make you want to work harder, and if your not at full health theres a good chance you can fuck something up.

Whats your weight/height and Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) cycle experience if you don't mind me asking? b/c what you are saying is just suppositions not based in reality or any factual evidence.. I have pretty much laid out my health problems (which is only diabetes) and I haven't found one shred of evidence to back up TEST usage will hurt those w/ diabetes.

In fact, if anything, clenbuterol should be causing adverse effects but it is not, it is regulating my blood sugar.. or something.. I haven't needed slin in a few days.. and supposedly my body produces 0 slin.
 
Hey broski - since you have now decided to move ahead with gear, it would be in your best interest to find a gym where you can actually do important compound movements like squat, deadlift, bench, military, etc etc.

Unless your gym recently purchased a barbell, plates, and a rack?

Serious advice. You might as well get the most out of your cycle, regardless of how many of us tell you not to use Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) yet.
 
yoyo well i think I can rig my stupid bench press thing to take off the bar.. i don't think they will like it.. but oh well. can do military can squat either DB fixed bar or the VSQUAT machine which is basically hack squats.. could always bench.. there is a bb but its the one that is like the safety lok i don't know what its called

Today was a good day overall, I got my beautiful products today and I started taking my clenny and its awesome, dosed at 40MCG each so I popped two for today and I am really happy with the product I received, got it in TWO DAYS. how much cardio are you doing? if i were you, you are obviously a hard gainer so weight will be difficult for you to increase. i would stay away from playing ball and cardio IMO. a little cardio, keeps your heart strong, but i woudlnt do do much.
 
I do very little cardio, mostly HIIT, ball is just to warm up my body get rid of the aches stretch out I usually play for an hour by myself or 1on1 if anyone is around.. but usually its just me.

i haven't made too many increditble stregnth gains so I will keep that part of the log out for now and just keep track of how i'm feeling going through the process.. as I progress i'll list things that I will find noteworthy later on..

I have decided that I am going with a much longer cycle than I had originally planned. I will stay continuously on Testosterone Enanthate @ 500MG/week 2x, thursday and sunday for 30 weeks. I am going to start taking dbol 50mg/day starting week 3 till week 8, I will continue on test E alone till week 20, on week 20 till week 30 I will take winstrol to harden up.

so it is written, so it shall be done.

I have noticed my stregnth going up, from me pushing HARD the past few weeks.. I have no doubt the test isn't up and running this quickly but I am really starting to get bodyfat and its borthering me.. I am also getting a lot of bloat.. I did HIIT 2mins @9.5mph (185HR) then rest for 4 mins to get my HR back to 155-160 then 2mins @9.5 continued this for 3 cycles. I then got off and wanted to puke.. actually I did throw up a little bit.. but at least I made it home.

The past few days haven't been remarkable, everything is running steady and I am bumping up weight little by little but i'm not too impressed yet.. nothign to brag about!!

Weight isn't staying on.. can't tell why.. I am at 184lbs started @ 155lbs in the beginning of my thread. I am exhausted for today but every day at my boring ass job i can only think ab out coming home and killing myself.
