Wake up the GIANT.

I am doing a clean bulk. Not looking to really gain fat.. I get my food scale today so I will really know how much

2 wheat bagel / 2 cups cottage cheese (had this twice on that day)= 1100 cal
2 cup oats = 280cal
12oz chicken breast = 388cal
16oz skirt steak = 934cal
10 slices of bread = 600cal
10oz turkey breast (deli) = 300cal

This is what I had eaten on that day, which comes in a little under 3700cal. I also purposely ate less because people were BSING me saying I was eating too much food for it to be useful.. if you look at prior days food I have eaten a lot more.. I also had only eaten chicken breast for lunch that day, normally I eat breakfast, two meals before lunch, lunch, and then a meal when i get home, a meal before i work out, a meal after, dinner and one after dinner.. again I was getting BSED on here saying I don't need all those calories, so I Had cut back.

This isn't counting the junk calories of the soda that I can't seem to kick, at least 4 cans a day. @ 600CAL, 8oz OJ in the morning @ 90cal, and other snacks that aren't worth tracking... Including the junk cals i'm over 4300CAL

diets cant be clean with soda.. but once you lose that habbit your diet looks good.. I lost soda over the summer, even by switching to diet makes a huge difference.. just slowly cut back and eventually you wont crave it.

i'm going cold turkey on cutting out the soda. only diet if i need the caffiene shot

Ok, I woke up this morning at 4:00AM and I had a migraine. I have been in very bad pain all day today.. the migraine is still there and its 7:00PM.. I tried to go work out and I managed to get in a few sets however my head started pounding more and more.. it felt like it was going to explode. I had to leave and I am upset about that.. I really wanted to finish my workout but.. the pain is unbearable.

I have taken 4 advil 1 excedrine and nothing.. the excedrine helped for a little while but wore off quickly.. the migraine was fluttering on/off w/ the excedrine.

Oh well..

Hopefully tomorrow is better, I will resume from todays workout and skip my rest day.. :/

Actually Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) can be used to enhance growth in all phases, I understand the risks vs rewards and I choose to take the risk, there are athletes who run cycles pretty much continuously bridging from one to the next, me running 400mg of test E weekly won't hurt me.

I am sick and tired of the self rightous people who say "oh you can only take Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) once you MAX".. wrong.. Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) will help me reach my max and then surpass it.. I see no reason to wait.

Cheating is cheating, are you mad becuase I cheat better than you? I understand the proper foundation before taking Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) becuase obviously w/o the right environment you CANT GROW. But I eat properly I train properly I was 155lbs and I am 180lbs now.. I am diabetic and it was undiagnosed, which was the reason my weight was so low I have no insulin.

Now that I am taking insulin my weight is gaining properly, I'm sure I could gain 10-15lbs no problem with out Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) but I will be able to grow much faster WITH.

Hence the reason I am going to start.. I have the foundation.. Don't worry.

Comments like these - and about every other comment made shows a serious lack of respect of consequences.

It seems you are in constant pain from the things you are doing.
Your diet is poor at best.
Your using insulin like Frat boys drink beer.
Your taking clen while bulking..and drinking lots of soda....?

Please don't start with Test yet - because if this stuff doesn't kill you - these posts might kill me.

RESEARCH....MORE

MaverickLA.

Your bullshit amazes me.

1. I'm in pain becuase I had a Migraine headache, which went away even after I took clen today. It was not caused by anything but mother nature, unfortunately.

2. My diet is superior, you can go eat whatever the fuck you want, but my diet is exactly what I need to have my body do what I want it to.

3. I use insulin as needed, as prescribed. I am a diabetic I am also new to diabetes, I have been hypoglycemic twice but only because insulin stacks if you take it more than once, the guidelines of what you take are wrong.. it almost killed me and very scary.. Sorry!

4. I take clen while bulking? Yes.. are you aware of what clenbuterol does? Reduces fat while increasing the time it takes for protein to synthesize out of the muscles, effectively helping build/repair muscles. As with the soda, a lot of people partake in this, its always preferred that you don't but i'd rather do EVERYTHING ELSE and not that and try to quit, than just say oh well I can't go become healthy cus I drink soda and i'm too lazy to stop.

- I'll start with test, nobody is asking you to read these.. you do it of your own free will. I have researched probably a lot more than you have sirs.. so good day.

And then a few days prior
12/24/07
For the past two days I have had severe back pain unable to walk or stand, this morning was probably the worst of the two days.. I decided to do my workout anyways (and i'm doing my back today)
12-25-07.. Christmas Day.
Wow, ok, so I woke up today and I had a lot of pain/stifness in my lower lumbar that had moved from my shoulders, however I am feeling great today after my workout.

Your previous comment
2. My diet is superior, you can go eat whatever the fuck you want, but my diet is exactly what I need to have my body do what I want it to.
and your earlier example
at least 4 cans a day
of soda mind you I won't bring up the earlier nutrition conversations we've had - because we've already had them.

Your previous comment
I use insulin as needed, as prescribed.

Your comment a few days ago during our nutrition conversation.
now I must admit I am injecting way more than perscribed

And finally
are you aware of what Clenbuterol does?
Yes

Reduces fat while increasing the time it takes for protein to synthesize out of the muscles, effectively helping build/repair muscles.
No (Very dependent on other factors)

There is no need to argue with you - you contradict yourself on most occasions...but clearly you know more than everyone else, best of luck to you.

I had back pain becuase my muscles were tight from working out the day before, if you don't have muscle soreness after working out then I don't know why you are here.

As for the insulin. When I went to the Doctor I was only eating 3 meals a day, he told me how much to take PER MEAL for 3 meals, the problem is I switched to 6 meals. So I did the same dosign for each meal that he perscribed for the 3 meals for the 6 meals. So basically what happened was I had 40iu at night 12iu per meal for 3 meals, I didn't know the purpose was that the insuiln lasts till the next meal.. i was told it was "fast acting" and I assumed I would need to take insulin every time b4 i eat .. so anyway it stacked and i got hypo twice, after that I stuck to only 3 times a day but upped the dosage per dr.

As for saying u know what clenbuterol does.. if you really knew.. then you'd know i was right.. I provided a scientific study in my post for you to look at!!

I don't know more than everyone else.. I know more than a nig nog like you.. so gtfo my thread faggot

You realize your scientific study was conducted on rats? I do not believe it is the type of study you would be looking for as a good example for clenbuterol...unless you plan on injecting 2mg of Clen per kg of body weight...then it might be relevant...

so gtfo my thread faggot

Yes - you sound very educated..............

We would rather see you succeed.. but right now any advice we give you we get a simple "we dont know what were talking about" from you.. come on dude, Im telling you dont use Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) for 12 more mths.. get your diet to be consistant, get workouts consistant, and start loving to see results naturally... this is the last time I will give you this advice.. you can simply shove it to the side and act as if i never posted or you can take the advice and run with it.. but If you shove it to the side, I will garuntee your body and health will go down the shitter

Good post, although I would say wait longer than 12 months.

SG - you are 22 dude, what is the fucking hurry man? You have the rest of your life to train, meet goals, etc. Why rush into this and fuck something up, esp with the medical issues you appear to have (diabetic)?

You posted a thread here http://www.healthandfitnesstalk.com/forum/showthread.php?t=124783 asking for advice as you are a "newbie".........why be so defensive when we are trying to help you and it is pretty obvious most of us have a hell of a lot more real world experience than you do.

before I got diabetes I was 220lbs, then I got diabetes but was undiagnosed for like a year.. dropped down to 155lbs.. now i'm 180lbs..

really diabetes is a bitch u can lose everything quick.. nothin going to muscles

before I got diabetes I was 220lbs

I can see how that would be very frustrating. I still feel your best course would be to give it a little more time naturally and see what happens. Muscle memory is a greater tool than most people believe in getting back to where you had once been. But getting overly impatient and trying to force results very quickly may cause you much more regret than satisfaction. Stick with it natural for a while and i'm sure you'll be happy with the results.
