Everyone does this but I don't see it here? Lets try.


What are you going to lift?

Whats the best meal you have planned or will eat today?


 
I did chest and triceps. The best meal I had was my post workout. Which was a 6oz steak, 6 oz chicken with 1 full head of broccoli.
 
my splits are
day 1) legs day 2 ) back day 3 ) shoulders/tris day 4) traps abs ) day 5 ) bi's / chest - not nescessarily in that order

My calories id say have to be near 4000 daily . age 28 , 5'7" 212lb around 12-15% bf training 5 years
I don't count my calories or intake of anything but proteins during the winter (bulk) . Protein shoot for 300 daily mostly from food , couple shakes a day . Carbs I eat some complex but don't hold back on simples ones , especially after a workout . Looking to maintain weight and just get shredded . on tren e test e right now week 3 . diet goes on like that daily and seems to be working great
 
about to do chest. so far my best meal was a double quarter pounder with a large fry and a large coke.....don't judge me, i missed breakfast this morning and needed extra cals
 
@ Darkwing: I think he meant just for today. Best meal planned for today, and workout for today (lift etc).

Today is my off day so no cardio and no lifts. Unfortunately for me my macros for today don't leave much room for a "best" meal scenerio. I'm on 125g carbs and 55g fats for today so the best I would have happening today is my 3/4 cup basmati rice, 1 cup spinach, 4 oz baked chicken breast, 2 turkey smokies, 230g liquid egg whites...was whole eggs but wife ate them all........and I'm fairly certain that spinach is spoiled based on the smell and look of it...sad day....sad day indeed :nonono2:

I read that fast food burgers are really cow manure that has been turned into an edible "meat" patty. You are what you eat never sounded scarier.

Um...today I woke up around 5am and made some protein pancakes

I proceeded to eat them, with icecream and maple syrup literally off my abs while reading the entire internet

Now I'm at work trying to decide between leaving immediately to hit the gym and making up hours tomorrow, or sticking it out and hitting the gym a bit later...

It should be arms day but something possessed me to jab my hcg and hgh into my biceps yesterday, and now they are somewhat owie so I think I will do legs instead

Bad trade but that's just a day in the life of a pancake eating, work-avoiding, aspiring bodybuilder

This sound like every meal for me. Did not realize getting to a TRUE single BF is so damn hard. Geez, I'm hungry
 
3 hour jiu jitsu session today...

eating turkey breast chili with rice... wife made it deliious
