I'm just wondering because I emailed him yesterday morning and haven't heard back. I used the contact from. Is this response time normal? I guess I could see why it would be.
I just want to know if somethings up cuz if so I'll go see someone else. I could imagine he is busy this time of year though. Any thoughts?

dont worry man,he will answer,he is in a different time zone and it takes a while for him to respond back,he's always gotten back to me with a few days,no worries

I've spoke with Z - and I'm not sure how much longer it will be - but here's what's going on...

Because of the rapid growth in business he will have to make some changes to accommodate the volume.

It's best to do this rather than not be able to fulfill orders.

I'll try and pass on any updates as I see them. :)
 
Strange thing is I also placed an order mid month and funds were picked up shortly after. I have been waiting much longer than normal for it to be shipped and have sent him two emails in the last 72 hours with no response. Wondering if this is cause for concern or if Z is very busy.
 
I wouldn't be sweating over that at all bro. I guess you'd really be worried if you were in my situation...lol. I made an order at the end of march, sent money at the end of march. Had to pick up and send again. W/U has been complete a**holes and apparently are trying to make everything difficult, even though everything is correct and done as usual. I sent again though at the very 1st of this month and am still waiting on mine to be picked up. I can only imagine just how many requests & orders he gets though, and i see how easy it could be to make a simple single error. All in all though, I think he does great to keep everything straight and if it just so happens a very simple error is made or you have to wait longer than usual, he tries to do everything he can to make it upto you. It's tough to find someone w/ 100% legitimate products these days, let alone somebody who cares whether or not his cust's/clients are happy and satisfied in the end. That should be enough to tell you that he prefers repeat customers and really tries to keep them. I've never heard of 1 single person who didn't get their stuff though, and the guy even offers resend in case it did. I think he's just dealing with a ton right now. U can just imagine the demand for what he has and not to mention all the diff. services he has to deal w/ to make all this possible for us. I'm sure you'll get what you're looking for soon though, and remember a majority of the problems that cause these delays aren't his fault. Just think of what everybody would be w/o him, be stuck either having to quit taking or experiment w/ new ppl who could keep ur $ and not give a flip. SOmetimes it's easy to get impatient and even aggrivated at times, but we all have to be very thankful that we have this great service offered to us. Keep everybody updated on how its coming along.

Shortly after my post yesterday I did get an email from Z with my tracking numbers. Always had a problem with being impatient. LOL

We can't get into timelines and shipping details - but your timeframe looks like you're pretty much on track.

Z must be kicking some major ass keeping up with the workflow!

If you guys see any delays just be patent - I know he's slammed with work right now.

From our last conversation his highest priority was to keep all of his customers happy and not have any delays.

Just an FYI :)
 
I have people to answer emails but lately we have so much work that we had delays....
I need to do some changes coz we grow up so quickly that I haven't expected it ....
