hi guys need help here...third cycle iam 26 5'9 3 years training had to quit last 5 month so body fat went u to around 2o% iam 83kgs and i have been 83 kgs since my last cycle its just i lost muscle definition so am on a good diet now, doing cardio 3om mints everyday and lifting 5 times aweek. am lanning to start this cycle end of dec.....................................first 4 week eq 4oomgs aweek and rimo 4oomgs aweek then second 4 weeks ill take out the eq and run 75mgs Winstrol (winny) eod. what do u guys think here is there a better way of running this and what kinda results am looking at here.
