yup..me too bro. neck/face all red and my shoulder veins are popping out too. I honestly admit that the 20 reps helped me with my squat. i'm now using more legs rather than back. see the vids ^^
 
I've been doing 20 rep squats during last month and they were completely brutal. Out of breath, dizzy, red eyes and even deaf for a min!
They were a great pump for legs but really I felt most stress on low back. I prefer working on the 6-4 rep range squats, but 20 rep are a good choice for changing things for some time.

Cruisin on chest for awhile. I'm going to increase flat bench weights by 5lbs or 10lbs every week. Same with the Incline Press/CG Bench.

yup..you said it brother. even though it's all leg drive, your back takes a ton of punishment too. it's to a point that it's almost impossible for you to do a decent SLDL anymore.

i don't measure mine but I always keep them between my legs. i think it's where you're comfortable at because admittedly, I saw tons of different grip distances on sumo on youtube.

Yes, except I don't go all the way down on CG b/c it hurts my shoulder/elbows a lot when I do that.
