just some ideas...These are a couple ways I try to bust out of the plateaus..but losing ground would lead me to think you are over-training one of the three major benching muscle groups.
I think I should skip chest for a week and see how things go. For the going w. half of my 1RM for triplets really fast, I already do that every other chest day to get some strength off the bottom of my lift.

I think I am just overtraining my chest/tris a bit too much b/c I am doing chest/tris 2x a week.

Yeah, 2x a week, hitting it hard is probably over-training..unless you're the next arnold. Good luck, hope to see the numbers start to go back up soon!
 
i hate arnold for having a freak ass nature of a genetics. give him more back/shoulders/legs/calves and he'll be the total package.

Yeah because I started to plateu out so I threw in speed work for chest as well as keeping a heavy chest day. I did this one before and my numbers jumped up like mad. I hit 290x1 in a matter of weeks. This time is different, I suppose. I will go back to working chest 1x a week. Next chest day will be either next monday or wednesday.

Thanks Luq. My deadlifts have been stalling lately as well. I used to be able to pull 420 or something of the like for a double.

My workouts have been staying the same lately, but I guess I couldn't hit PRs every single workout, eh? Lol.

Luq - I just don't think I have the drive/motivation to hit big numbers anymore. A lot of my buddies that used to train w. me and motivate me/outlift me either stopped lifting or are slacking.

Yeah, those 20reppers are killer, but they sure do work.

You should see my neck when I squat, fuckin veins poppin outa everywhere hahah :druggie:
