If you are talking about dips, my arms bend in all the way, as far down as they can go.
Ah, yes, it was on my log and I also asked it on JT's log. I never ever go all the way down on DB incline presses/Incline Barbell presses because my shoulders tend to hurt a lot when I touch my chest with the db/bar on inclines. Yes, I stopped doing all flyes because they gave me some nastyass stretchmarks when I went heavy, so I said fuck that and never did them again.Aczech said:maybe stretch mark prevention if it's a limited ROM on the flyes...
