I've been doing heavy dips and shoulder presses. Also started doing light incline bench 2 weeks ago, and I'm doing fine. Shoulder is pretty well, but not 100%. Flat bench is the most risky movement, so I'm not trying it yet.

I just started cutting and it's gonna take awhile. I might throw in some R-Ala or something to help take the water out, what do you guys suggest? I am drinking green tea daily, but I want to burn off water/fat quicker.

I started to take fireball liqifusion (Precision Engineer's version of hydroxycut hardcore) along with what i am trying to do to cut down and it seems to really be helping with getting rid of the excess water

today is my day one of cutting. Had two weeks off without working out...work stuff. too much drinking too. Today i've had 4 eggs and am cooking up some whole wheat pasta now. it's all about the diet bro
