175 lbs for 6 reps at BB shoulder press is more than I flat bench.

Around 180. Yeah, I'm currently bulking for a couple more months, hopefully to hit 190 then cut down - not sure the weight yet.

I took your word T-Man about lowering the weight on my last set and it was OK.

210x3 - Couldn't put it up this time. He helped a lot on the last rep. The first two reps were OK.

Also, I'm feeling very satisfied because I'm still doing fairly well even when I'm not on my CEE. I didn't even take taurine today, just a bowl of oatmeal 10minutes prior to my workout.
 
Just a little diet update.

I've gained 6lbs in the last 2weeks from a 4000+calorie diet consisting mainly on WW breads, cold cuts, eggwhites, shakes, rice, noodles, chicken and beef. I need more variety in my food, but hey, it's working real well so far. I'm planning on bulking for a couple of more weeks and cutting down for 4-5months. What do you think? Should I bulk longer? I want to be very cut before June.

I'm not sure, but I'd say around the mid teens to high teens, probably nearly 20 at most. I'll try to get a hold of something to check my bodyfat tomorrow.
