my guess on the CGBP is your tri's were fatigued and you may have been flexing your pecs with out thinking about it to push the wt up. it happens to me some times when i have just pounded my tri's on these. this is another reason most suggest working tri's on chest day. but your doin good so no sweat.

on the tri press down nice work...my gyms stack stops at 140 :sad: so i have to rep more on it...kinda sux. oh well.
 
compund work should be done before isolation stuff..
use the CGBP first then do pressdowns.CG's is where u wil get ur mass and strength from

good to see ur numbers moving up

I'm not sure what my BF is right now, but I'm guessing highteens. I'm kinda worried about bulking for a couple more months because I don't want so much body fat that it'll take months on end to cut off.

Yeah, possibly. My triceps were pretty dead after the dumbell presses lol. :insane2:

No Calves today, a bit tight on time today as you can see from my skimpy workout. I'm planning on doing some calves on chest day(saturday).

**Overall I had a pretty nice workout. My hams are still a bit tense from the SLDLs :) Quads are feeling nice too.

i go between hypers, sldl's, and romain deads (feet about shoulder width slight bend in knees)..those are my 3 main posterior lifts. also dont forget about rack pulls. takes alot of work off your hams and puts a lot of stress on the upper body/upper posterior. helps move your DL up too. (damn it! i shouldnt have told you that one. lol :insane2: )
