Why go low and high cal days? Be consistent unless you are really feeling burned out and need to up them. Don't try to "run off" carbs or caloreis, just eat cleaner tomorrow.

I was stuck on 230 for 2 chest workouts now for 4reps. I can not hit 5reps on it. I attempted it and it nearly crushed me; my spotter had to pull the entire thing up by himself lol.adidamps2 said:agreed. rack presses are a good starting point.
also what do you mean by stuck? are you not able to load an extra 5lbs on it and get it for 4 reps, like you do the 230?

I really felt the Lipo6 kickin in. 3min into my abs, I started to get beads on my head. 3min or so into my first tredmill session, my head was drippin, my arms had beads of sweat, my back was all wet. I felt great.
Off to drink a shake with a bit of oats & shower.
