Winterlong's Log

Why go low and high cal days? Be consistent unless you are really feeling burned out and need to up them. Don't try to "run off" carbs or caloreis, just eat cleaner tomorrow.

Like I said, I had to go that day because something came up in the middle of the day. I would usually load up on carbs on the days when I work out.

March 29th
Back
SumoDead
135x10
185x8
205x10
**PRs for all of these since this is my first time doing these.
**My back didn't act up too bad on these. There was a bit of soreness, but nothing too unbareable.

Lat Pulldowns
135x10
190x6**PR
205x6**PR

Pullups
BW x 12
BW x 5**Lol, my biceps gave out after the 4th rep.

Biceps
DB Curls
50x8
65x5**PR

Good workout today. My back isn't aching or anything right now. I will go light on sumodeads for another few weeks to get my groove back. I'm going to stay away from rowing motions because whenever I do those, my back acts up.

Pics will come out in a few more weeks. I still feel like a fatty shit and I don't want to show my body yet. I will be starting some greentea caps with some other stuff to help me shred this fat a bit faster. I think I'm around 14% BF. I will be down to 11% in 3weeks, I promise. :smash:

March 30th
Chest
Flat Bench
135x10
135x8
225x6
230x4**I'm stuck on this and I can't seem to move up.
250x1**No more energy to do the next rep.

Incline DB Press
80x10
90x10**PR
**These felt real light.

Incline DB Fly
45x10**PR
50x10

Triceps
Reverse Bench
185x6
195x6

Pushdowns
190x10
200x8

Pretty okay workout. I don't know why my bench won't move up from the 230. Any suggestions?

I am going to post pics in a few weeks. I just started taking some Lipo6 to help me shred this fat. I will up the cardio as well.

Nice work winter. You tried any board presses or rack presses. Might get you past that sticking point. I'm about to start with these as soon as i'm done cutting.

agreed. rack presses are a good starting point.
also what do you mean by stuck? are you not able to load an extra 5lbs on it and get it for 4 reps, like you do the 230?

I was stuck on 230 for 2 chest workouts now for 4reps. I can not hit 5reps on it. I attempted it and it nearly crushed me; my spotter had to pull the entire thing up by himself lol.

Rack presses. I will think about that. I cannot do boardpresses because I don't have any boards & I'm a lazyass mofo :smash:

I will attempt 230x6 and if I don't see any improvements from the 4reps, I will try rack presses. How high up should the rack be from my chest?

i did my rack presses from mid lift. but you may wanna go down a lil farther. maybe 4-6" from the bottom of your lift. and start from the bottom and press up. your weakness seems to be the bottom of the lift? yes?

Yeah, its always the explosion upwards that gets stuck and fucks me up. :(

Today was off day. I did some cardio and this is what it looked like:

5min abs; assorted stuff - very little breaks
10min tredmill: 12% incline, 4mph
5min abs; assorted stuff - very little breaks
10min tredmill: 12% incline, 4mph

I really felt the Lipo6 kickin in. 3min into my abs, I started to get beads on my head. 3min or so into my first tredmill session, my head was drippin, my arms had beads of sweat, my back was all wet. I felt great.

Off to drink a shake with a bit of oats & shower.

Lipo6 did all that for you? all it did was make me insationalbly thirsty. and feel a lil wired. that was it.

You should've seen me. I was drenched. It looked like I was wearing an underarmor after I finished my cardio, that's how much I sweated.

Yesterday I played some tennis outside and I took a Lipo 30min before it and I was drenched also.

The only downfall of Lipo6 that I've noticed thus far is that I get a bit lightheaded after cardio.

I'm only taking 2pills right now. One in the morn. and one in the afternoon. I will be upping the dosage to 3pills tomorrow - one in the morning and 2 in the afternoon.
