135x15**Did this after my DB flies just to punish myself for having a bad workout.
**No energy after 225, I struggled a bit on the last rep. I felt drained.

Incline DB Press

Very drained and tired. No motivation today because my lifting partner came late and so I had to ask random people around the gym. Just downed a shake. Will shower soon. Dinner is going to be 2steaks and some brown rice.

Thanks guys. I'm thinking about getting some amonia to wake myself up in the damn gym. I was so sloppy feeling today. :(
 
good workout... you know what keeps me kickin is amino acid gatorade with electolytes... tastes great, drink it throughout your workout, it aids in protein synthesis and fights to keep your body anabolic.

I'm 174 right now. When you reach 175 maybe I'll be 175 too. Both 5'8 175.

I drink mate before workout. Mate is a kind of argentine tea which has a lot of caffeine. Mate with sugar works very well. Maybe green tea can be used instead of mate I guess.
 
I usually have one 200mg caffeine pill before I workout. It gives me a good little boost, but it wears out real fast.

I just basically want to get a lot leaner so the weight has to come off as well. Maybe if I lost another 3% of bodyfat and some water, I can be down to 178~, then just lose some other junk and I'll be there. I don't care too much about my weight, but just more about my appearance.

I have no idea, but during football games, we'd sniff ammonia before the game started. Not sure if its great for you, but hell, it works.

Yeah, I dropped my cals drastically that day.

**I will be doing sumo deads tonight to see how my back is. Its gotten a lot better, but if I still do some weird movements, my back acts up a bit and its a bit painful. I will go very light tonight.
 
Make sure you don't drop the cals too rapidly man, that will burn you out fast. Give yourself plenty of carbs too. No reason to cut too fast.

Yeah, I know. The stupid thing was, I thought I wasn't going to the gym that day, but things came up and that day was my low cals day soo that burned me out.

**No gym tonight because the gym closed already because of Memorial Weekend. It closed at like 2. Wtf. :mad: I loaded up on carbs today so I'll have to run it off tonight.
