Thanks bros. I just hope in the near future I can hit 315. I will still be lifting my ass off during the summer so hopefully I can get to 315 by the end of this year! :)

Today\'s cardio looked like this:

I also did some assorted ab work before.

Tomorrow will be back/bis. Probably no cardio tomorrow, but def. the day after.

This was the most I've ever done in one session before. I will up it to 30 or even 35 minutes one of these days. I'll be doing cardio probably 5x this week. Big party sunday and I gotta look lean!


ok. thought you were kidding. this post is ignorant. you plan on doing cardio 5x to get ready for the party sunday so you can look lean.

i support cutting efforts, understand with cardio we have to work up from 20-25 minutes to 45 or what not.

you got me with the last sentence though. give me a freakin break.

that is all.
 
But really though, that is basically the main reason why I'm doing cardio 5x a week. Its gonna be quite big so yeah. :wiggle:

**I'm down to 181 this morning. Dropped 2lbs since sunday. Abs are very close to showing. I'm guessing I'm around 13% right now.

well if anyone can do it i guess you can. just stick to it good broley and before long you will reach BRD status. i am proud of ya son:)
