It's a great product, but I cramp easily while taking synephrine. 6 pills a day was lighting my ass on fire.

I do, but they are very bad quality and taken at weird angles with flash.

I have no cuts in the pics and I don't look very good in them. I will be posting new pics up in the very near future, give or take 2-3weeks.
 
Just did some cardio, this is how it went:

4mph
10% incline
25min

This was the most I've ever done in one session before. I will up it to 30 or even 35 minutes one of these days. I'll be doing cardio probably 5x this week. Big party sunday and I gotta look lean!
