Women on Test?

hey guys so i was doing some research on the best diets and routines for my girl to lose weight. she has had problems in the past with her birth control and gaining weight. while i was looking i ran across an article that said low doses of test could actually help her balance out the estrogen/test ratio and help her lose some of the negative weight. i was wondering if any one had any insight on this to help me out on what she should take/doesage any info would be great

I would look at her diet and training WAY before directing her to use Test but the gals I know who run Test LOVE 10mg Prop three times per week.

The possible side effects that could occur from that may not be desirable, especially when all she wants to do is drop weight. I know bc can play havoc on hormones and alter the body's appearance, but her best bet is to change eating habits and step up intensity in training. Or even look into changing bc to something else. Adding another set of hormones to her system may not be the best idea.

What's a good BC to take?

LOL.

Does your gf train regularly? I am assuming no because I have never seen a person that is into bodybuilding or fitness that is also not into educating themselves on dieting and training. If she is motivated she WILL lose weight.

Point being your gonna give this lady test and if here mind is not behind this 100% its not gonna work anyhow.

Now if she IS indeed in the gym 4-6 days a week like most of us here, then you may want to check out the lady's section here and look into anavar.

LET'S BE HONEST..... if she was into this idea you have here SHE would be posting this thread on this forum not you. Try to be supportive and get her lifting weights. You really should not be the one making this decision for her. Women have to be extra careful with hormones and I would suggest you treat her very respectfully and let her educate herself about this matter.

Short answer. No.
I am the most stubborn person ever and I lost over 70lbs with no drugs. All diet and hard work.

Its a long and hard road but she needs to decide what she wants more.

Good luck to her.

That all depends on the person and what they can and cannot tolerate. At the end of the day, they're all hormones so it's about finding the right combination for you I guess. I don't take the pill anymore and switched to the coil, that has it's own advantages and disadvantages. The main thing is if you want a permanent solution to weight loss/maintenance then you need to evaluate your diet and training. Taking test is not the answer for dropping a bit of fat.

Hope this helps. ;)

I wouldn't suggest she takes test, if she wants to loose weight, she needs to build a good foundation, she needs to have her diet/training dialed in.
Loosing weight is really 80 % diet..
.

As far as BC, there are so many choices out there, Some BC pills contain very low doses of estrogen, giving u less sides.
There's also the "mini pill" which contains only progestin (usually women that are breastfeeding take this)
She can also look into IUD's, she should really talk to he doctor & explore her options.
