* was going to go before breakfast and just hit some light cardio, then I find out the gym is only open from 6pm-9pm on sundays? wtf is that about? This is by far the shittiest school

2 or 3 SS really fried my shoulders.

Machine Press 90x12/110x10/130x6/150x4/50x15
 
Just curious about your rep schemes bro, what gives?

I couldnt get anymore than 4 with the 85's I wanted 10 but was a little off lol, soon Ill get it. Ive been following my main lift with a widowmaker set, which is 20 reps. Im trying to pick weight thats on the heavier side so some of the times I dont manage 20

** Pretty sure I popped some blood vessels in my eyes on the squats lol, sometimes I forget to breath, it looks like i just smoked a blunt but shit happens. Not a huge leg day, but very productive and happy with the results.

Not sure what it feel likes to be "On" but on the leg press I was dead after 5 reps but somehow banged out the last 5 real nice. I was wondering where the extra push came from.
 
Keep at it Barnzy! Everything is lookin' good! That extra push came from ambition, you got it bro, it's tough having the energy to get to the gym and push it real hard/diet right on top of school. I'm trying to manage it too, props bro!
 
I'm going to go out on a limb and say that taking a compound while knowing what to expect, and not even knowing the dosage being ingested is a little bit irrational. I hope you don't take offence to this branzy but how on earth can you not know the dosage of your var, and why on earth would you start taking it if you were not sure if you have 5 or 25 mg pills? I hope this all goes well for you, good luck man.

No offense at all man. My buddy gets it from his friend who makes it. At the time he gave it to me he said he thought it was 10mg but couldnt remember. I was dumb enough not to ask him to check. I wasted $100 on 50 tabs, he gave me another 40 for not knowing the dosage. I know its Anavar (var) just not the mg. So I either take the loss or just use them and hope something good comes from it. If not then I messed up and I learned my lesson.

I was hoping they were 25mg so Id be up at 50mg Anavar (var) a day. But I was going out on a limb and praying that 10mg ed might do something for me too.

I didnt want to save them for an actual cycle and expect big things when in reality nothing good was going to come from it.

I hope that makes some sense.
 
Day 9

Looking forward to and hoping stuff starts kicking in, so far nothing much to report on.

*Chest-

Only had smith machines and small DB's to work with so did my best.

Did a lot of sets on flat smith press, worked up to 275x4

Nothing else was too amazing.
 
Day 10

5 Pumps 1-T

*Nothing crazy to report, did back. switched it up and did this routine I found in a book. Only thing to really note was smith machine rows

135x15/185x12/225x10/265x8/315x6(form suffered a little)

Hammer Pull downs 170x12/190x10/205x8

* Had a physical today, had to get a tetanus shot so my arm was pretty sore
 
Day 13

5 Pumps 1-T

Shoulders:

Decent workout got in and out in about 35-40min which was nice. Things worth noting:

DB Military Press: 30x20/50x6/60x6/75x6/85x6

Front Raises: 30x10(ea)35x10/40x10

Shrugs: 135x15/225x10/315x10(Good form, held everything at top)

Plate raises w/ steering wheel 45x10x5secx3

*Didnt feel great on DB Press until I got to the 85's, failed on 7th rep so didn't even try to get 90's or 95's for 6. next time ill see what I can do.
 
Day 14

Legs:

*Hit my goal for my bulk on squats, time to make a new one and push for something new. As much as I hate training legs I do love seeing progress and seeing my squats get better and better
 
Starting a new log with new goals in mind.

I havent maxed in about a year, the following are estimated on the lower end so I can continue to make slow but steady progress.

Current Stats:
Age-20
Weight-182lbs
Height-5'9
BF%-13-15

Bench: 225x6
Squat: 290x6
Deadlift: 385x6

Goals (By Spring):
Weight:200-205
BF%-10-15

Bench: 275x5
Squat: 315x5
Deadlift: 425x5

Training:

Week A: Upper/Lower/Upper
Week B: Lower/Upper/Lower

Mon/Wed/Fri

Tue/Thursday- Light Cardio 30min Treadmill, 3.5 speed, 15.0 Incline.

Depending on fat gain weekends will be taken off or used for light cardio.

Upper/Lower will consist of Main compound lift with 5-6 warmups followed by 2 working sets of 5. Each day will have 2 accessory lifts 3x10. Abs 3x20 everyday. Will also be doing DC Extreme Stretches.

Diet:

Eat every 2-3 hrs. Ideally it will be a clean diet, but living at college sometimes my hands are tied with the choices and not having enough money to cook for myself everyday.

This is what I want it to look like.

Meal 1: 6 egg whites, 2 whole eggs, 1c oatmeal, 1 banana

Meal 2: 2 Scoops Protein, Tbs Natural PB

Meal 3: 1c rice, 1.5c celery or leafy green/ 1tbs hummus/ grilled chicken

Meal 4: 1c oats, 2 scoop protein

Meal 5: 4 egg whites

Meal 6: 1c rice, 1c veggies, grilled chicken/fish/steak, legumes

Meal 7: 1 scoop protein, 1 tbs PB

Meal 8: 1scoop whey, 1 scoop casein

Supplements:

Glucosamine/Chondroiton w/MSM
Arginine Ethyl Ester
Flax Seed Oil
Multi Vitamin
Creatine Mono
Fish Oil

Thinking of Adding some CLA from PP. (Thoughts?)

In a couple months, probably around Thanksgiving I will be putting together a short cycle. This is what it will consist off:

Cycle:

Week 1-3: 5 Pumps 1-T
Week 4-6: 5 Pumps 1-T
Week 4-6: 350mg T-911

PCT: 6 Pumps Sustain Alpha
PCT: 50mg Clomid ed for 25days

*May throw in some Anavar as well.

I think that pretty much covers it any Thoughts, Criticism, Suggestions are all welcome.

Hey bro. stats lookin good.

I think you might need to work on your squats though, as your deads are significantly higher than ur squats.

Remember to focus on your core to build up fast strength in squats and deadlifts
