I think you might need to work on your squats though, as your deads are significantly higher than ur squats.

Remember to focus on your core to build up fast strength in squats and deadlifts

I hear you, I agree 100% my main focus has been legs. Most of those stats including training and diet are different now.

** Sick fucking workout, Im pumped as you can tell. Easily could have gotten 10 or more reps with 405 on deads, I wanted to save a little to see what I could do so I stopped. Im hoping everythings kicking in and this is just a little preview of whats to come.

Weights up, not sure what its at, but all the scales ive stepped on are not the same but all up a couple pounds.

Seems like its finally kicking in. Im about 2 1/2 weeks in. Starting to get a noticeable amount of acne on my face, im having trouble NOT getting it up, and def a little more aggressive.

Last couple workouts ive noticed some increases in strength, getting good pumps. So all in all Im happy, I think its just starting to kick in. I hope, keeping my fingers crossed I dont want to be eating my words in 3 weeks.

** Realized how much of a pussy i am/weak I am at BB Shoulder Press. Think I will be focusing on that as my main shoulder compound move from now on.

Tried Super Pump today from Gaspari, WOW! is all I can say, I had the craziest and most painful pumps Ive ever had in my shoulders, it was at the point where I was having trouble training.
 
those arent too bad of numbers bro. Sometimes you have to realize that you might just be naturally stronger at one exercise and not another.

The most i ever did on the BB seated shouler press was around like 185-190 for bout 6-8reps but ive also done dumbell overhead presses with 90s for almost 10 reps and anyone will tell you that the dumbell weight would be alot harder than the BB weight
 
Those were seated, my lower back is still sore from doing deads so I thought seated would be easier on the back

Im tellin ya man, if you want all the benefits of deads but dont wanna take a chance of getting a bigger waist then you should be doing rack pulls. They will target ur back and lower back but not ur waist and core as much

Legs: shitty workout, only thing that was ok was squats 315x5, but was harder than last time.

Chest: Another workout that was not great. Got a good pump, moved some decent weight but lost a rep here and there and didnt see any strength gains.

Hopefully things pick up and I start to see some nice gains.
 
Did shoulders today, decent workout. Last 3 days I did back, cardio and went skiiing.

Im now on my second bottle of 1-T, I may start applying 6-8 pumps per day. Havent decided what I want to do yet.

Sled hack squats for a bunch of reps, didnt want to squat on the smith machine. Killed legs pretty nice today.
 
Yesterday: Morning Cardio

Today:

Chest. Got a good pump, moved back to BB Flat for the day. Didnt move huge numbers but its been almost 3 or 4 months since I benched last. I was completely dead after too, the rest of my weights were down so I decided to do some super sets and giant sets.

** Lot of volume today. Still only took about an hr to get in and out. I took anywhere from 45sec-1:30 for a rest.

**First real nice workout in a while. Need a new goal for deads as I broke my goal by 1 rep.

** Weighed about 190lb today. I wish I could say its the 1-T and low dose of var. But Ive been punishing food daily and especially as of late ive been over 4k cals a day. Strength is rising, only thing that sucks is bw exercises are getting harder and my lifts look less and less impressive the more weight I gain.

I will be adding in Need2slin probably tomorrow as I am going to be doing a log for needtobuildmuscle.com

lol one more thing. I was def. looking and feeling bigger today. I go to PF which is not a hardcore gym..but i had a crowd of guys/girls while I was DL lol
