worried about the gear, so im doig a diet log

I'm confused about what I'm supposed to help with? What are your stats, your cycle, etc.? And a 10lb increase is nothing to sneeze at.

One thing I would change is your post workout shake...get minimum 50g protein on that one as well as some carbs.
 
tx... stats now are 5'7'' 175lbs ~14% BF... cycle is 500mg of test and 500 of EQ... started off with 40mg dbol for 4 weeks but stopped it early, wasn't feeling it much... anway, its not really 10lbs, i got the first 5lbs back in the fist like week or so, but i had that 5lbs before, i had just lost it prior to cycle from being sick... i lost more but i gained up to 165, then started... so pretty much ive gained 5 or 6lbs... i was expecting more than that for being like 6 weeks in already... ive taken that advice for post workout, i drank my normal 35 G pro drink while i work out, and then when i get home i'll drink a whey shake with milk which is another 57G pro, i drink that and follow it with like half a can of coke... im gonna up my cals some more, try and get min 4000 every day, and also upping my protein...
maxmurph is helping me out with switching up my routine also which should make a difference... gonna see what happens... im going to keep posting my diet, cause it helps me...
and im not sneezing at my gains...lol, never had it put like that...

Meal 1: 2 scoops whey with 1 cup milk + banana... then mcriddle with hash brown and OJ
900 cals 77G pro
MEal2: 2 bean and cheese burritos with 2 cups milk
~750 cals 40G pro
Meal 3: 2 cups Brwn rice 1 1/2 cups milk
~610 cals 15G pro
MEal 4: Chicken pot pie
620 cals 20G pro
MEal 5: During workout pro shake + shake when i got home
~700 cals ~ 90G pro
MEal 6: one avocado 2 cups milk
540 cals 20G pro
Totals: ~4100 cals ~260G pro

Notes: gonna shoot for about this much ED, and in the change up in my workout, im gonna add extra cals on one of my days off... try to hit like 5000....
 
well this weekend was pretty bussy... from thurs actually.... got del taco fri, sat, and sun at like 2AM on my way home... throw in an extra 1k cals just in case you know... today i ate good... ~260G pro. Didn't count calories, im too tired now... but at least 3800... probly towards 4000+
 
when i did proline test enth my nuts shrank like crazy. no real sex drive increase . if anything a decrease. and i thought test was suppose to do the opposite. thats why im intrigued that u are exp. the same thing. allthough i did have a huge weight gain at first. 20 lbs in 3 weeks or so.

FOR THE RECORD: i used the high dosed 500mg/ml Pro-line Test Enanthate and 500mg EQ , im in no position to say it is underdosed, bottom line, i did gain 10 lbs(i wrote the story before about me being sick and starting the cycle 5lbs lighter than i was a few weeks before the cycle) and i did get more vascular, and i did get stronger... and i have a few friends on the 250mg/ml Pro-line enanthate and they are gaining alot... so ive read on other boards accusations that P-lines high dosed gear is underdosed, but i have yet to hear it from a person that i know to be reputable...
 
I'm gaining like a mofo on his low dose test enth and EQ. Before the arimidex, and after a salty pizza, I actually hit 27lbs over start weight three weeks in. I could barely bend my fingers I was so bloated. Cut the salt altogether for a couple days and now I'm only up about 15lbs. Only...:rolleyes: MUST EAT MORE!
 
DAMN 12lbs gone in a few days just from bloat .... that would be nice as fuck not to be able to bend my fingers.. 27lbs god damn... i would give alot for that... people who react so strongly make me jealous...

Just because he bloated badly doesn't necessarily mean hes gaining an ounce more lbm than someone who doesnt bloat 1 bit. IMO not bloating is a good thing, (for many reasons) consider yourself lucky bro!

I agree wholeheartedly! The bloat sucks big time. As I've mentioned, I hit 5000+ cals a day every day now, so I better gain a lot! I think the EQ is kicking in because even at that rate of intake, I'm still hungry non stop. FOOOOOD!

yeah i guess, but it would be tight to gain alot of weight quickly, even if it is water and bloat...
 
Pantera, hang in there man, is it smart to switch around a shit load of gear? it seems like u have a bad day and u want to change everything, i would just hang in there, it takes a whiel to kick in, i'm not trying to sound mean, just understanding to what is happenin'. Good luck bro
 
A change to cyp and tren should end your cycle with some nice hardness. Why not prop instead. I'm thinking of running tren/prop as the end of my cycle right now. Getting HUGE on Test/EQ right now, then gonna shed some water, harden up a bit, and cut up nice!

All I can really say is FOOD. And specifically PROTEIN! I'm switching up my diet based on a thread I think I found here. Don't remember exactly... Basically, I'm gonna shoot for 400-500g of protein per day and cut back to almost no carbs after 6pm. Then cardio in the AM to burn the fat while glycogen stores are still depleted. If you stay true to this and do things just right, you can gain mass and stay lean or even shed bodyfat. Fat burning and muscle building can't be looked at as a 24 hour cycle. It can be broken down to time of day and taken advantage of with controlled nutrient intake.

Getting back on track, EAT! If fat gain isn't an issue for you, just EAT everything with protein that you can find (within reason :D )!
 
thorsky... reason for cyp instead of prop is because with EOD i don't want to have to deal with the pain... but i didn't really solve that problem...lol... i been on for about a week and every shot has left me hurtin... but whatever... i haven't gotten swelling or lumps yet from the cyp/tren... i think the switch is gonna be nice... i already gained a few pounds the first week and can feel the difference... lets see what happens...
and hardbody, im not changing up gear all the time like you said... all i did was voice options i was thinking of, and end of the line all i did was go from enan/eq to cyp/tren... so not much switching around like you made it out to be... but its all good... maybe you misunderstood...
im gonna try and eat cleaner cause its already starting to get hot as fuck here, in Los Angeles... it was like 95degrees today, crazy shit... so maybe i'll try thorskys idea, but on a different level... try and hit 300g protein, and cut down on bad carbs like white bread and sugar... i still got to get plenty of carbs to grow, but some cardio with less shit in the diet can only help.... thanks for the replys...peace
 
oh, and the connection between the heat and eating cleaner is because there will be no sweatshirts and jackets so i don't want to end up with a pooch and bags hangin out you know... hah...

7:30 - Slimfast
10:45 - 6" Subway Club, no cheese, on wheat
2:00 - Ravioli, about 6 & a couple tortilla chips
3:30 - Workout 1hour, pingpong 20 minutes(HARDCORE PP)
5:30 - Protein shake, and gatorade(dextrose)

That's all so far...
 
oh yeah, and at 7 I'm swimming with a buddy, i did shoulders and tri's today, well see how well i swim!!!
