Somedays protein doesnt sound good to me, you ever get that feeling, where you just dont want anymore, yeah i'M getting 2 shakes a day usually...thats about 90g protein, then a can of tuna, sometimes two....I just hate losing strenght and then i get depressed...
But i did notice in the gym the other day, i benched 215 for 12, usually i do it for 8, pretty impressive when dietinging, well pantera, i hope u don't mind if i post my food for today?
7:30 - Slimfast [10g protein]
8:00 - 3 Hydroxcut tabs
11:15 workout till 1:00 [cardio and bi ceps]
1:00 - gatorade - preotein shake [45g protein]
Oh yeah, did i mention it is FINALS WEEK!!!! so i have to study more then eat, hard to balance both....

If i do Bi-ceps and chest today...I do cardio in the morning, but today i did abs,obliques,and Bi-ceps,and forearms all after my 20 min cardio, then tonite i'm doing chest after 1 hour cardio....sound ok>
