worried about the gear, so im doig a diet log

if i remeber right, your trying to cut down your BF... but still you need to get enough protein in... for your weight at least 250G AT LEAST.... i have trouble getting enough protein in too, but when your cutting, you can lose alot more muscle if you don't hit the protein... add a shake when you wake up in the morning and all that other good stuff throughout the day... im sure you know how to eat ;)
 
MORE PROTEIN! LOL!

I hit 475g today so far. Got about 50 more with my last meal then I'm DONE! panteracfh, I can't wait to start my tren/prop! I'm gettting hugerer by the day os hardening up is gonna rock! Hit 255lbs this morning but shit out about 3lbs so 252 and holding.
 
jesus, i don't know how the fuck you hit 475g pro... thats crazy... i would be busting open... keep going like this and you'll be shooting for like 700G by summer lol... Nice gains... sounds like your huging up!
 
Yep, huging up nice. Friends, coworkers and gym mates have all started saying things. I just mention the 5000+ calories and they say WOW! :D

About 275g of todays protein came from shakes/bars. Most was whey isolate except pre and post workouts were high GI protein mixes. Throw a bag of tuna, a couple chicken breasts, a dozen eggs and a steak on there, and your good to go.
 
Somedays protein doesnt sound good to me, you ever get that feeling, where you just dont want anymore, yeah i'M getting 2 shakes a day usually...thats about 90g protein, then a can of tuna, sometimes two....I just hate losing strenght and then i get depressed...
But i did notice in the gym the other day, i benched 215 for 12, usually i do it for 8, pretty impressive when dietinging, well pantera, i hope u don't mind if i post my food for today?
7:30 - Slimfast [10g protein]
8:00 - 3 Hydroxcut tabs
11:15 workout till 1:00 [cardio and bi ceps]
1:00 - gatorade - preotein shake [45g protein]

Oh yeah, did i mention it is FINALS WEEK!!!! so i have to study more then eat, hard to balance both....

Ouestion!!!!!
If i do Bi-ceps and chest today...I do cardio in the morning, but today i did abs,obliques,and Bi-ceps,and forearms all after my 20 min cardio, then tonite i'm doing chest after 1 hour cardio....sound ok>
