Would 10mg of d-bol a day do much?

I have done about 8 cycles in the past 5 years,everything from big cycles to small cycles.I think from now on I am going to stick to small cycles and just try to make modest gains.My last cycle I simply took 250mg a week of omnadren and made some pretty good gains.In the past I tried d-bol at 30mg per day and never liked it,too many sides.I felt tired all the time,very bloated and back aches.Do you think taking just 10mg of d-bol along with some test would add any benefits to a small cycle?
 
im probably going to cop heaps of shit for this one but doctor ziegler
(the guy who invented the stuff) prescribed 5-10mg daily for strenght athletes.....
who needed a boost................try and see everyones different.................
if that fails do 30mg a day like every one else bahhh bahhhhh ................
 
I agree that 10mg probably wouldnt do much, but you could try it. 20mg spaced over 2 doses would stay in your blood a lot longer, and likely yield better results

as for the bloat , tiredness ,etc. throw in a little liquidex to keep the water weight off and it will make a world of diff
 
I agree it wouldn't do much, but worthless? B.S. 10mg/day of dbol will work better than takeyourmoneybol from whatever supplement company. I'd take it after workouts to help with recovery, I would also run it longer than the typical 4 weeks you see/hear people taking dbol for.

I hope that's a joke for advice. That's a crazy dosage for anyone. This guy said he didn't like the sides at 30mg already.

no joke thats what i use. If he's got sides at 30mg then he needs to re-evaulate what he's putting in his body and maybe should change sports.

by todays standards 25-50mg is too low to make serious gains. Bigger dose shorter lenght save liver just my 2 cents

I hope you get liver function tests done while on.

I have been doing this shit for quite a while now,I am no nebie when it comes to juice.I am getting older and trying to back down my doses,for health purposes.I was just wondering if 10 mg would be noticeable,possibly better pumps in the gym.
 
I get my test done every 6month from my kiser doc of all people.

i'll give you my take road dog.. i've had some time to think on it.... i do know a few and i mean a few guys in my gym who grow of flow dosages. One guy is a freak of nature who can shoot 500mg a week and take the dosage your talking about and still be 240 10percent but he is a freak. (the kind of guy we all hate because he should be pro but he's to damn lazy)
The other is a black male 225 and competes at 212-210 and is very happy there. he also taks low dosage and is able to maintain a very very nice zane physic.
So i retract what i said before.

I on the other hand am a hard gainer... I have to take a lot, eat alot, train my ass off for every pound and i'm still 6ft 260 and about 15 percent bf.
But my goal is to be so big (280 offseason 12pecent bf) that when i walk into a room all the air leaves in a big sucking sound followed by "OMG what is that thing"
My wife is a figure girl... amature you can see her pics at www.michellepd.com if you like and she is what i spend my time on. only no gear at all for her. just growth

talk about hard gainers try training women natural. lol

Thanks for your imput,I think sometimes when you hang around these boards too long you just get so use to seeing big doses that after a while they just seem normal.I know several guy's from my gym that use gear but don't get involved with the boards,and they are completly blown away by how big some of the cycles are people here are doing,that alot of us would consider "average".These guys are making good gains off very low doses.The average size cycle at my gym would be 250mg sust. along with 15-20mg d-bol.
 
I use 5 mg on workout days. With ephedrine and acetyl l- carnitine I feel it helps somewhat. It doesn't build muscle, but I do feel more amped up and can push a little more weight than without the dbol.
