my shakes r ten spoon of penut butter 3 scoup of protein powder each has 24 g ,117 cal ,carb 2g . I take 2 shakes ed,
waht is the math there?..

iv just never heard of someone depending on pb and getting that many calories out of it... 1 maybe 2 spoons usualy yea, your talking about 2000 calories just from pb!!!
 
not to say it hasn't worked a bit for you.. but i bet i can refine that diet, get you bigger and leaner...

ok like we say in martial art ,and I know u love jujitsu ,''I EMPTY MY CUP'' please advice me how to gain more weight while reducing FAT my stats : im 5'7 198 lbs my goal is 225 pounds..

looks like your tdee is around 3000kcal...

i say you eat at your maint level... it should let your grow muscle mass and keep your bf in check.. think of it as a lean bulk..

how's your diet look right now?? are you keto? low carb?

if you dont mind posting up in detail what you've been eating exactly.. we can move forward..

9 am : 5 hole eggs cup oatmeal glass of oj

12 pm : a shake.

3 pm : 8 oz steak cup vegetable

5 pm : 8 oz ground beef patty burger reduced fat or steak.

7 pm : 8 oz chicken cup of white rice.

9 pm : a shake.
 
if i were to guess i'd say your running about 130g of carbs from meals 1, 3, and 5.. is that a burger or just a burger patty in meal 4??
