you can use that as a starting point.. then we can work into a good carb cycler... we'll start to drop the fats and raise carbs and then do the reverse... for now, u think u can follow that diet???

btw.. dont be suprised if you put on a pound or two before you start losing weight... we're replacing that pb and shake crap with real food...

well the pic, are not to clear, i put u at 7 % to 9 % bft. just around there.but we can't deny the dude look pretty damm good.. It's hard to get to that mass and stay lean when bulking up.
I don't think much of you haters look even close to that.
