I spirnt alot twice a day, for 5 days ,and I eat 3,000 cal, no sugar no salt,diet is a very high protein pound and half , very low carbs 20% , a gallon of water..

just keep taking supplements and a high protein low carb diet, 6 meals a day and run everyday, eat plenty, I eat a pound and half of protein and it works 4 me...

There's 28.34 grams in 1 once... There's 16 oz in 1 lb.. , 1 lb has 453.44 grams.. and half a pound (8 oz) has 226.00 grams total grams for 1 1/2 lbs is (680 grams)

So my total intake is 680 grams of protein
x 4 equals 2,720 calories, with my shakes I avarage about 3,500 cal a day.

im thinkin you were misinformed my friend... not trying to flame, its just rediculous that you think there is that much protien in 16oz
 
my bad i calculated my self wrong one ounce is equal to 7 grams of protein more or less 150 grams of protein for 1 half pounds ,so 150 grams of prtein and two calories shakes at 100 grams protein each .
