From my understanding, metabolites are tested for, naturally. I'm told that the usuals are nandrolone and test. I also hear that deca and tren are so simiilar that tren may be mistaken for tren. Again, I really have no idea.
I would stick to same ratios all the way through. What is your rationale for the switch? I think you need to do more research. Why would you do a cycle and not even know how to eat?
Lawnsaver, you will see that muscle memory is a wonerful thing. Your results will come quickly. I'm with needsize, my illness precludes me from missing too many workouts, that and the ever laughing mirror, telling me how small I am. :D
Are you cutting? If so, don't expect to lose 5%bf and put on 13lbs. 165 8-9% more realistic for this cycle. Cardio your ass off and get your diet in order. Clen would definitely help, throw in a little T3 as well.
