My friend just found out hes diabetic ive been doing this a year eating pure shit so im trying to get better habits especially cuz im going to bulk hard for julys comp and take tremendous amounts of gear lol

They work for awhile but a life of bulking can be changed and will be but like I tell people who ask me train them it s taken you x years to get where you are; it ll take y month s or years to re comp ur look.
I only train 2 or 3 ladie s at a time as I do it for pocket change, do not want to hate going to the gym. I only train competitive girl s or ladies that pay me to work out with them not stand there with a clip board in hand as it help s me burn cal s and fatties or men bitch moan or whine about pain s. I have few if any male friends as most 53 yr old men are fat fuck s who sit around eating drinking and sitting in front of the TV for hour s watching sport s. B O R I N G to me....no patience for men or beefalo women.

Make changes for sure but not so dramatic your bound to burn out. Ur bodie s gonna sense a fast and fiercely hang onto fat storage as it s your NATURAL state for now. U gotta drink water to shed it and you want to eat some fat to shed it too.
 
My plan is to shock you guys in 12 weeks im not a big fat slab of lard i think i can achieve a very eye appealing change in 12 weeks i dont mean shredded by any means but i do want to shock some people i could be wrong but i am pretty determined and i dont have my job interfering right now basically no excuses

Did some light deads on a 4inch defecit hit delts and triceps last night. My body hurts from head too toe bad insomnia already gonna brew some coffee and hopefully go do my cardio. I feel leaner already just in 3 days my body misses the junk food lol
 
I LOVE baby Lima s with the steak fat I cut off my steak cooked down and the bean s not cooked to mush w some Brussel sprout s..lil balls of nutrition..
Good thing I thoroughly enjoy cooking and baking. I m dropping 175.00 every 10 day s now on groceries.
 
Feels weird eating food for results instead of taste. Switched to plain greek yogurt just had some it wasnt bad but definitely not what im use too. My girl is gonna cook some teriyaki chicken breast tonight and maybe some lentils for me im trying to limit my carbs jist experimenting right now ill figure it out.

You can eat for results AND taste bro... You might find you are enjoying what you're eating, I know I much rather clean bulking over dirty bulking, it just takes a little getting used to that's all :)

Find the fund in experimenting as you just said bro that's where a lot of the fun is
 
Ok now im proud we were running errands after park all of us starving i stopped got my girl and kids a pizza and i waited till i got home and warmed up some leftover chicken and veggies. Now im heading to the gym to hit biceps and cardio.View attachment 566129
