Oh ya to keep this thread honest day after accident was too tired to go get groceries so we ordered a large combination pizza lol back on track im looking slimmer tgough big time

Your body needs some junk food every once in a while....its all good.
 
Stupid ass phone lol still eating decent workouts are average not as strong as before but shedding pretty decent
 
Imagine a bb shredding down to 4-6% bf. Losing size, strength almost daily. Got to be the ultimate mind fuck after working your ass off to put on muscle and strength only to see it magically disappear.
Never done it myself but have friends that tell me the mental part is tougher than the cardio and lifting hungry
 
When i dropped down to 210 i lost so much strength it totally fucked my head up. I am so much happier where I'm at now and i look way healthier. How much weight are you trying to lose 9er?

I have no idea guess i just wanna see what i look like without a belly. Well see i at least wanna hit my goal of eating good and shed for 12 weeks then i will see how i feel where im at. Im also doing a cut contest somewhere else the prize will keep me stocked up on my supplements for several months wich i really hope i win lol
 
I gave up on abs. I dont do cardio or any kind of ab exercises, i think some of us just dont have it in our cards. Good luck on the contest brother!

I hadnt done abs in years because i get major cramps or spasms im thinking i might have perhaps a old hernia who knows. Ever since i started dieting i been doing abs i lay on back push 2 dumbells up in a press position then do crunches. So far so good no pain im hoping i can alleviate some back pain if i strengthen my core a little. But ya i dont think i will ever diet down that hard for abs. I just want a drastic change and hopefully its enough to win, the guys im going against are alreay in top shape so i dont see them shocking anyone.
 
My work did a diet challenge a few years ago, every person that entered put up $100, 13 people entered so the prize was $1300. I had just dropped from 265 down to 215 so there was no point of me entering. If they had done that contest a lil sooner i wouldve destroyed everyone damnit
 
Yeah do the ab work for core strength. Helps protect your lower back. I don't have a real back issue but if I neglect abs I start to feel like my back gets more aches and pains. I try to hit em a 2 times a week and maybe more if I have time...
