firstly i'll start by apoligizing im horrible at grammer and spelling so i apoligize in advance.
So ive been looking through the site and trying to get a handle on this new to me world of bodybuilding and with that it can be estimated that im a fucking idiot when it comes to the acronims and jargon used in this world so please dumb down your responces a bit. Anyway im 23 yrs old 5' 5" and currently 195 or so at 14 bodyfat and have been on a see food diet with tring to eat some what clean but in epic propotion. Ive been lifting seriously for about 3 years now and used many otc supplements but ive reached my wall i want to compete as a 202 pounder some day but cant seem to grow so after long consideration ive decided to do it take that next step and go beyond that of my genetic limits. I move good weight and in smallville nd considered already on steroids but never touched them and dont know the firstthing about cycleing what to take where to get it what to trust how far apart do i space the cycle from the next what should my post cycle consist of what to watchout for besides gyno and being a cry baby so all u dudes out there that could help out an idiot who wants to be a freak i would be greatly appriciative.

You sound like a pissed of 17 year old.
Your diet and workout routine doesn't really give me the impression that you have been working hard.
The "see food diet" as you call it, your eating clean but in epic proportion,
So are you eating Good Nutritional food or doing a clean bulk?.

There is no point me going throw the thread trying to understand it.
Best thing i would suggest here would be to post up your diet and routine.
After this is understood and fixed we can help you further.

alright i may have ranted a bit but i promise you im working hard in the gym
diet goes something like this
morning 5 egg 4 whole one white 2% milk w/whey
mid mornig some cerial and 2%
lunch 8 oz chicken breast and rice
mid afternoon apple and some peanuts or something and peanut butter
dinner chicken again and normally steamed veggies or something
post workout i have a shake again

im trying to eat nutritional foods and bulk i guess i want to hit like 215 and then do a cut

weight routine is not in this order but something like it
mon chest and calves
tues back and abs
wens arms
thurs shoulders and calves
fri legs and abs
sat power lifts, cleans and such and anything that i didnt feel got a good enough workout on its own day like say i dont feel like i did sufficient work on my postierior deltoid ill go back and get it again

nolvadex 18 to 20 weeks 50/20....

Use aromasin aftr week 2 till 12 weeks (atleast 3 a week)

yeah i love beef as well.

as far as when you see 100/50/20 and stuff that is usually showing you dosage tapering by week.

so week 1 of using it -> 100mg per day (or whatever the dosing interval they are recommending)
week 2 -> 50mg
week 3 -> 20mg
 
I completely disagree with the implementation of AAS for you. Even with out sufficient knowledge regarding:

Age
Height
Training History
BF%

Consensus dictates you utilize the search function and read the stickies. Your diet requires definitive changes.

You need to learn about:

Macro nutrient ratio's
How to calculate BMR
How to estimate calorie expenditure

Your workout clearly dictates over-training. With proper changes in diet and training you will make significant gains. The implementation of AAS at this point would be the equivalence of trying to build a house with no foundation. Diet and training are the basics.

It is a good starting point.

Once you read all the stickies come back and we can discuss your stats and dietary and training tweaks.

P.S. I agree your grammatical skills are probably on par with a beginner ESL speaker. I would run your post's in Microsoft Word and have it help you fix grammar. The reason no vets are responding to this is the effort required to decipher what it is your trying to say. Most vets will just pass this by when they see that huge block of words. Paragraphs are helpful too. I know of at least one moderator who won't even look at a post if there are no paragraph divisions.

Your title leaves much to be desired as well...

if your built like a brick shit house i will buy your first cycle. just kidding i would never get it over the boarder to you.
