Fucking stress is a killer mate thinking of ya hope everything starts getting a bit better for youUpdate; at the dr office the nurse checked and I was 128/88 and then after talking to the dr and telling him all my shit I got worked up and could have sworn my BP went up 30 points. Well he checked again and it was 134 over 80something.
So that's that. He said all the headache stuff is more from stress .
Mind you historically my BP is always low. 117/60 or 120/80 so this is high for me but no alarms going off .
So gibson... No i dont use pre workouts. I drink some coffee thruout the day tho.the test deca dose is familiar to me. But no try on changing doses. Maybe drop the deca to 600?
Also I may try doing cialis Ed instead of eod.
I already am takin steps to reduce caffeine. Switched to half decaf and during the day may grab a full decaf.
And of course more green tea and decaf green tea at night.
Another good idea is to reduce sodium consumption.
And I realize I may need to just go talk to someone. I am the type to keep shit in and stuff it down. No room for weakness stuff. But it looks like my weakness is I can only stuff so much down before cracks form.
And not for nothing this is the biggest one.... I'm not getting enough exercise in. The other day I trained and afterward I felt like I did a drug. I was clean high. I was relaxed and felt very optimistic . But if I miss sessions , a day or two goes by, I get in a funk. I feel more negative and I feel like I'm a caged tiger.
So I have to do more .... just that alone is why I train anyway.
So diet is not great. I been saying that. I.have 3 demons... dark chocolate (85% cocoa. 1oz a day is good for you. I eat 3.5 oz in one shot but not everyday)....ice cream and almond butter.
I can't stop once I start. But I try to fight it. Chocolate quest bars with diet coke works great!
But when I stress I eat these things. Still beats drinking a 13 pack!
The dr. Prescribe xanax for helping me at night when I have trouble falling to sleep. I will not taken them more than once or twice a week tho cause I don't need to get hooked on that shit.
Anyways. No training today.
With my little girl today and she wanted a cinnamon rolls so I had to have one too..... so far that's my only slip up but I'm not eating a bulk diet so if I'm careful I can keep it within my calories max.
Weight at the dr office was 206 with sneakers on and cloths and 2 meals and drinks me.
So prob more like 200.

Yes I switched to 1/2 decaf chock full o nuts. It's also one brand of coffee I can drink without sugar. And as far as the chocolate.... I just can't have it in the house.
I only drink diet coke once in a while. I actually drink seltzer. Almost every day. But when I get cravings a diet coke and a quest bar can go a long way
isnt seltzer water loaded with sodium?
