actually, that might be an advantage for some

Sorry if I brought this topic up again, but I can't let my idol be debated with such.

Look, Arnold was and will always be the most inspiring bodybuilder in the world of BB.

Why, I think the reason why he joined is bec he's still confident about his body and DAMN did he win again. I just mean that no matter how much time pass by, he could still win with proper workouts again.

Why didn't the others win? I admit that the others have greater body than Arnold's. But he still win. Why? Confident and style!

Nut dude, what the hell are you talking about? Arnold was and is one of the bests. I don't see how you can just make a thread talking crap about ARNOLD! What are you thinking? Sure some bodybuilders were better, in certain areas.But no one has the style and confidence that Arnold had either, like stated above. Anyways...go FRANCO!

hey arnold is a fucking legend!!!if it wasnt for ppl like him the sport of bodybuilding would never have gotton this far.. he opened the doors for this sport..and even if u dont like the way he looks show some fucking respect.... i wanna see a pic of u and then well talk about symetry..with the resources he had back then .. the results he got were nothing short of hard work and dieting ... ppl seem to have lost track of those two things..

I must say that I think that Arnold is the best. I saw him on a picture in offseason and he still was looking great if you see a bodybuilder in offseason now they look like big piles of s**t. Also If I should choose if I want to look like Arnold or like Ronnie I would choose Arnold. (How can the bodybuilders nowadays have sex they must squeeze the girls..??

Ok, now someone close to his weight...Dexter Jackson....5'6(yes, 5'6), 230+ lbs now and his abs are far beyond what Arnolds ever were. Thats Dexter. Put him in a lineup w/ Ronnie, Cutler, Ruhl, Gunter, etc.....OMG, where did Arnold go? Oh, there he is, that little guy next to all those monsters! Dumb comparison man! Arnold, no doubt, wouldnt make the top 15 nowadays!

Maybe what I should have said is he would find a way to win today. If it meant taking more juice/supplements or changing his training style he would do it. If the judges wanted bigger legs he would give it to them. Bigger arms? That too. Just because the guys today are bigger doesnt mean they are bigger. Is is a direct result of the amount of supplements(AAS,GH,Insulin etc. etc.) and a desire to fill out the freakish form designated by the judges as a superior physique.

even w/ all available today he wouldnt make top 10-15. Arnold just did not have genetics like 90% of pro's today. he would weigh as much as the guys 5'7 and 5'8. a tall 6'2 looks smaller than a 5'7 or 8 guy. Not close man! Oh, btw, Sergio was the freak back in the day. He was head and freakin shoulders above Arnold!
