today is the 3rd day of no dbol.
The dumbell fly just feels so light, I know I could go much heavier, but I don't want to risk tearing my shoulder again.
Yeah i would not risk it bro. Your cycleing and want to stay healthy to make it threw it. If i think about it i always go pretty light on my flys to and do high reps... but otherwise dont do nothing that could hurt you. you made the right choice.
Im debating on throwing in some D-Bol on my cycle i have from pinnacle at the moment. But im only 3 weeks in my cycle. I debating on taking for 6 weeks or not idk yet. I just dont want to loose the 'cutness' of my frame i got right now at the moment.
