today is the 3rd day of no dbol.

The dumbell fly just feels so light, I know I could go much heavier, but I don't want to risk tearing my shoulder again.

Yeah i would not risk it bro. Your cycleing and want to stay healthy to make it threw it. If i think about it i always go pretty light on my flys to and do high reps... but otherwise dont do nothing that could hurt you. you made the right choice.

Im debating on throwing in some D-Bol on my cycle i have from pinnacle at the moment. But im only 3 weeks in my cycle. I debating on taking for 6 weeks or not idk yet. I just dont want to loose the 'cutness' of my frame i got right now at the moment.
 
Bro thats are good lift numbers, your cycle is going well and like josh said just be safe than sorry. You are are doing very smart and hope you get weel soon fron that injury and go back to lift heavy again till the end of your run.

I injured this shoulder about 3 years ago... the docs wanted to do surgery, but I said no thanks. Maybe when i'm older i'll go for it, but right now I don't want shoulder surgery, from everything i've heard once they open up your shoulder it will never be quite as good as it once was.

Make sense bro, It`s better sometimes wait and workout smart than had surgery and don`t be the same anymore. Sometines natural treatment can help out a lot too.

haha, haven't been over to her place for a couple weeks... but easter brunch is soon! Oh man going to eat like a huge pig.
 
what support supps did use for dbol? and how do you on 750mg of test?

I run aromasin for my Aromatase inhibitor (AI), dbol will give me itchy nips, that is why I run a small amount.

I'm sorry, I don't understand the 2nd part of your question.

Are you one of the lucky people with super flexible wrists, or you do you the crossed arm thing for front squats? Also you ever do BB hack squats?

I can do the front squat either way. My wrists are fairly flexible from power cleaning for a long time. But I usually end up crossing my arms just because it's easier for me to drop the bar in case I can't get up.

I played around with behind the back hack squats when I lived overseas, but since I've came home I feel like it's just too much work.
