Looks like you pulled it easy to see form you need a view from the side can't really see form from the front. As easy as you brought it up the form was probably fine.

One thing I noticed looked like your hands were barely gripping the bar. Squeeze that bar with everything you have it will put more CNS into it and it will feel lighter.

When I lift heavy I usually use hook grip, but when I'm just messing around with weight I like to hold by my fingertips. Really works my forearm and develops grip strength. Although I haven't lifted 'heavy' in a long time! My thumbs would be crying if I used hook grip now.

Great pump, really vascular under stress. I think next week I will start logging weight, if anyone cares. If no one cares then it would save me time typing!
 
Well i care! But i may not want you to record your weight so much because it could play mind games with you like it does with me.
 
I meant the weight I lift. I don't care about my body weight too much... that just keeps climbing ;)

Ohh in that case then it always makes a log more intresting. You may want to do it for yourself than any thing to look back on your numbers and see your gains since there going threw the roof.
 
Yeah bud!!! it is nice to see others peoples numbers and see everyone improvements like that. Post them I believe everyone here wants to see them, especially after the vid you post.

I don't know if I had extra water, or food in me or what.. but my weight was through the roof tonight!

Did regular arm workout. I'll start logging the weights I lift next week.

Day30:

Not much of an update, it's the weekend and I am just sitting around eating like a fatboy. I am done takin my dbol. Not sure if I'll run it again in a couple months or not. I'm so close to my 'goal' of 250 already, I don't think i'd need anymore help.

As I suspected I had extra water or something in me last weigh in, or my water is down because i'm off dbol.

Anywho, I worked chest tonight. Here was my workout

Incline BB Bench Press:
*warmup from bar up to 225*
225 x 7

Flat BB Bench Press
275 x 7
315 x 7
315 x 5

Flat DB Fly
45 x 8
45 x 8
45 x 8

I know this is light weight, but it really hurts my shoulder, so I try to go for the strech

Weight means nothing here because it's a machine, no clue how it translates to real weight

today is the 3rd day of no dbol.

The dumbell fly just feels so light, I know I could go much heavier, but I don't want to risk tearing my shoulder again.
