Bulldogs First Cycle (Pinnacle)

Got a biceps workout in, they more then any other bodypart look bigger now as compared to pre-cycle. The gyms max curl bar is only 110 so I did high reps on that (15+) and then did drop sets with an 80 pound bar right after to burn it out. Got a great pump in. Also, hit up my calves, did the seated calf raises at 5 plates and a 25 and instantly felt pumped and pain, but in a good way. I burned them out so much that they felt numb afterwards and I was audibly groaning after I completed each set.

Everything is more intense and heightened, it will be hard to lift post-cycle when these feelings fade. All is going well though I have eaten alot more then I planned pre-cycle. I have been much hungrier as my body wants to be in a state of growth so I am listening and just rolling with it. I will cut after the cycle, maybe with some clen as it's anti-catabolic, not sure yet.
 
Hit up chest and back. Same numbers as last week, 315x12 and 375x2 on the bench. I went up to 110x10 on dumbbell rows, though I feel I can get the 125's so maybe next week we'll give it a look. Hit up abs on a decline bench and put some weights underneath the front to steepen the angle and did 4 sets with 3 plates on my chest.

All in all things are progressing well, but I can't help but look forward to my next cycle where i'll have a better combo.
 
Leg day today. I squatted 455x7 for 4 sets and then dropped down to 405x12 for a couple of sets. Calf raises at 495x12 and finished with some lunges with 80 pound dumbbells for 3 sets. great day, legs are feeling good. I will do some sprints later today for cardio.

I'm looking pretty bloated so I may add in some low dose clomid to assist with that, but not sure yet. My wrist has been killing me the past month on certain exercises (bench, dips, curls etc..) but I don't want to rest it and waste the juice i'm on so i'm gonna try and work around it and maybe add a wrap for extra support.

Looking at placing another order through pinnacle, thinking of test prop, tren ace, clomid, Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) and maybe some viagra for some extra fun.
 
Don't think the clomid would help much for bloat.

Lol now you see why so much of my log is just me yapping about bloat bloat bloat... I HATE IT

Also, can you do me a favor? Can you try training your lifts EOD? Like do your bench Monday, Wednesday, Friday... I really want to switch to an EOD routine but I'd rather have you be my guinea pig :)

Great leg endurance though, I hate doing anything about 5 reps, it becomes such a battle for me
 
Btw I too will probably end up ordering tren tomorrow. I don't know if I'll use it this cycle, but it had always been my intention to use it on my second cycle, so worst comes to worst I'm just stocking up now.

Will probably bump up to 700 test, and if I were to add tren I'd probably go ace @ 350/wk, and probably no more. I've always wanted to run tren higher than test for my second cycle, so IF I do decide to see how I react to 350, it'll give me a good idea of how to proceed in the spring when I go for 350 prop/wk and 525 tren ace/wk.
 
I usually only train chest twice a week, with only one of them being a heavy workload. Now that I am recovering faster from workouts perhaps it wouldn't hurt to hit it up a few times per week. Honestly though, my wrist is killing me so I may have to keep the benchpress at once a week and do primarily dumbbells the other two workouts.

I tried to run sprints earlier and my legs are just dead so I had to turn it into a slow-paced jog. I pinned my thigh and my leg muscle was still inflamed so it was more painful then usual so I don't recommend pinning thighs a few hours after a leg workout.

What are you exactly trying to find out about the every other day training protocol? Is it primarily research for strength gain? When I was young and never sore, I used to train my chest heavy everyday and got significant strength gains. Now that i'm juicing, maybe it's not far-fetched to up the amount of workouts weekly. Also, when you say you're taking 600mg's of test prop, are you accounting for the fact that there is only 83mg's of test per milliliter? If not, you're only getting 498mg's currently.
 
Nah, I meant moreso the amount I'm injecting into myself as per what the label says. So yeah, there's probably a good bit of fall off there, but it's whatever. Esp if I add the tren, I'm sure the amount of true test I'm getting won't make nearly as much of a difference.

And yeah. I really want to maximize my results on cycle by trying an EOD routine... I've tried it in the past and made sick gains when natural but always fizzled out after a few weeks. Ima definitely try it once the tren kicks in though, maybe also throw in the GHRPs I've been dying to use just to bolster the effects. Again, it will serve as a great primer come my spring tren cycle.

How old are you anyway? I'm 24.
 
I'm 26. Yeah man, i'm pretty excited about the tren addition. I'm almost tempted to add it in to my cycle as it would be a better balance with test then the npp is, especially because it will shut down any bloating, at least at the right dose. Still, it's a hardcore compound and everybody reacts differently to it. I know a guy who can't tolerate the sides and another who didn't experience any adverse effects so I have some concern about that.

If you dose the tren higher then the test as you plan you will certainly shred up, and be more vulnerable to the sides. If you don't experience sides at that dose then you will be golden, and you will look like a greek god so it's worth tinkering with to get it right.

At your projected doses for test prop and tren, you will be getting 456.75 true mg's of tren and 290.5 mg's of test prop weekly. That's a very healthy amount so you will certainly enjoy that. I'd have some extra test on hand just in case you need to alter the doses during the cycle since you're introducing a new compound.

For my test/tren cycle, I was thinking of dosing at 400 true mg's of test and 250 true mg's of tren weekly and then adjusting it based upon how my body responds. What are you training for by the way? I remember you stating you will be doing one more cycle and that's it in preparation for something.
 
Football but I also box in the offseason so it could apply to either really. Have you looked into prami/bromo/caber to run with tren? I just start researching yesterday but seems like prami is an early favorite for me... seem some studies say that it elevates GH levels by 400% and that's all I needed to hear really.
 
I'm familiar with them but have never really studied them. So they increase growth hormone and limit progesterone sides? I was thinking of adding IGF-1 to my test/tren cycle, it's supposed to create new muscle cells which the test/tren can then maximize. Very interesting stuff, it's an analogue of hgh. My buddy swears by insulin post-workout and it's very cheap so i'll research that and see if it makes sense in addition to the above.
 
Really? Insulin at this stage in the game? I've always assumed insulin was for people way past their natural genetic size potential who need to pack more size on past what they can naturally hold... and that it only really works with HGH. HGH is not in the cards for me at this point in time, GHRPs are the closest I will do.

I dunno man insulin's probably not my thing at this point in the game but keep me posted with your research. And as far as cell proliferation, MGF might interest you more than IGF. Join datbtrue's forum (google it, its a private forum regarding all things peptides related)... best wealth of peptide info on the web. Very dense though.

Cool thanks, I will definitely check it out before moving forward with any peptides. My buddy takes everything, he's currently on test, tren, insulin, hgh, igf-1, finasteride, Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) and nolvadex. I might be leaving something out but interestingly enough, his favorite cycle is d-bol and anavar. He says the var keeps the bloat down and the d-bol makes him an absolute beast in the gym.
 
Thinking of adding some Var to my cycle to calm the bloat and lean out my gains. I considered tren but don't want to add another 19-nor compound. I will be placing an order tomorrow through Pinn and am thinking of starting out at 40mg's a day and working up from there. This is more of a tryout for my next cycle then anything else. If I love the Var then I will run it next cycle and if it's average then tren will be included in the next run.

I want to avoid the harsh sides of tren if i can so that's why Var will get the first at-bat, as it's known to be very mild side effect wise.

For what it's worth Pinnacle doses its var tabs at 25mg tabs so 50 would be the closest you could run to that. I personally chose 100mg because I saw alotta people recommending 80-100 as the sweet spot. I figured better safe than sorry. :)
 
I'm going to purchase both, but the tren will be for a future cycle. But I need a hardening agent to offset all the bloat i'm getting.

Just a heads up pinnacle stopped overdosing many things and made them exactly on the money, two things that are still over dosed are the anavar athe primobolanm! so 100mgs of pinns anavar would make it impossible for me to complete a work out from the back pumps lol I guess you deal with them better than I do!
 
Glad to hear the var and primo are overdosed as those are expensive compounds so the more the better as far as i'm concerned.
 
Great workout today, but strength gains are the same as pre-cycle. Bench press: 315x12x3 sets, 375x2. Incline:275x12x3 and 225x21. Dumbbell Rows:110x10x4 sets. Pullups 15x4 sets. One arm cable tricep extensions: 120x9x4 sets. Reverse grip one arm cable tri extensions: 70x13x3 sets. Decline ab bench:90x25x4 sets. Good workout and feeling good and looking good, still though I wish my strength would increase. But certainly overall I feel like a better man. Upping the dose is probably the key.
 
Your incline kills mine. Good shit. I wonder why your strength isn't increasing, but I'd def try changing things up. Maybe routine, doses, diet... take advantage of this juice! They do say that first cycle is your best cycle.
 
I'm going to be changing up my routine this coming week so that I hit each muscle heavy twice per week but with a variety of different exercises. I'll be adding the Anavar (var) next week and i'll probably up the test and npp dose 100 more mg's. I just didn't realize I would need so much test to gain strength, but I suppose I must have been producing alot naturally.

Either way, it's time to optimize the dosages and flip the script on the routine. Instead of 4 weight training days, I'll go to 5 or 6 depending on how I feel.
