I've overstrained I'm thinking. Just looked on log and I've not taken a day on since November 30. Legs were still a touch sore from last workout. Strength wants to be there, but my muscles are tensing tore up, from workout to workout. Not lifting tomorrow, going to make myself take off. Here's today's session.

Ok got a quick one in today. Numbers are increasing everywhere. Feel good, not having these terrible back pumps or holding water like I've read about though? We all do react different to different drugs. Still at 50mg daily of DBOL on day 6 of four or five week running it. Here today chest and tris

Feel great brother. Weight and strength are creeping up nice. I'm also eating everything in sight. (Good food)..... DBOL is working, I'm not experiencing the major water gain or back pumps I hear about, BUT only at day 6, with 50 mg ed. I like the since of euphoria it seems to have. Waiting to get saturated with deca:)

Subbed for this run bro. Sounds like your killin it. Love reading about others trials and successes in the game. Sometimes progression is not linear. Just keep workin hard, with a diet to facilitate growth Nx good things WILL happen

Thanks brother. I'm not a competitive body builder, nor a power lifter, it's a release I have to do everyday. Learning everyday how your body responds different, not only to compounds, but DIET. Keeping a close ear to those that know much more, but bringing along someone that doesn't know as much. (My DBOL euphoria is definitely kicked in, lol)... There's a wealth of knowledge on this site, and applying to your everyday life, even at the age of 39.

Ok been having some stomach issues the past couple of days. It's not really a hurt or shooting pains, it's more like an ache, that seems to come and go? Haven had much of an appetite, so trying to get my 4500 calories in six meals has been pretty tough. Just not feeling like eating? I don't really feel sick, just not right. I'm usually hungry enough a day to consume 10k calories, but not lately?? Anyway, decided to do delts this morning. Here it is:

I wonder if the DBOL is killing your appetite. I got to a point where I couldnt take orals any more for that exact reason. (I am taking proviron right now but thats ok on my guts, very mild)
