Chances of hitting vein on your butt? (Glute)

Just curious if its even possible lol.

Im only EVER injecting into my buttocks, I am much to coward to inject anywhere else but there.

Have any of you hit a vein in the buttocks? I cant imagine it being common...but hey..what do I know.

Regardless of the chances, Il still make sure to ALWAYS pull back on the needle to check for blood...can never be too careful.

I agree. Correct injection protocol is a must.
I have got blood while injecting (aspirating) in the glutes. It has happen to me, but is very
rare occurence.

I always keep some clean u supplies handy in case get a runaway bleeder...that happens too..

Dorsogluteal..it happens every once in a while. The chance of injury is higher vs. hip (ventrogluteal) injections. Just hit the outer quadrant and remember to aspirate. Glute shots are the least painful regardless of hitting stuff

In my more foolish days I never use to aspirate before injecting. That was until I injected 1.5mls of enanthate into a vein doing a glute shot. Goes without saying I ALWAYS aspirate now! lol. So yes. You most certainly can hit a vein doing a proper glute shot.

i've hit them in the glutes bleed like hell. but that was 1 out of 75 pins but i pin all over
front delts side delts glutes quades. i need to bring a few more spot into play next cycle such as pecs bis and calf if i have to.
so it can happen that you get a bleeder. just make sure you aspirate

i hit one other day blood shot out ova my wall haha but yes u can was scarey for me for the blood , first cycle you see and only was 3 weeks in haha

if you were shooting directly into a vein...youd know it and you would pull that needle out so quick you wouldnt even know what hit you. if you are shooting in the RIGHT areas you probably wont have this problem but everyone nicks a blood vessel every once in a while and has some bleeding. Over time you learn the best areas for you and some people even know exactly where to shoot to not hit stuff like that. After trial and error some bros line up their shots with freckles, moles, and what have you, and shoot in the same spots where they know they wont hit something.

in some cases what I've read if you hit a vein and inject into it. you first start to cough and then become dizzy and disorientated. then you may go in to apoplectic shock and convulse and in some may cause death.

this was enough to make sure i aspirated every time,

Im very unflexable, and It's nearly impossible for me to aspirate when I shoot my glutes.
I'v never hit a vein yet, and I guess you could say I'm lucky. Instead what I like to do is inject a little bit of oil (.2-.3 ml) and then wait 5-10 seconds and if all is cool I shoot the rest.
Delts are my favorite shot though, But i'v had a rock hard lump in one of em for 3 weeks now.

Pretty much what cyto33 just said. As soon as I pulled the pin out I got very lightheaded, had difficulty breathing, started to cough uncontrollably and broke in to an immediate sweat. Only lasted like 30 seconds maybe, and I stayed conscious but thought for sure I was going to pass out. Felt 100% fine just a minute later, but was pretty scary.

ive always injected myself and never had any problems what so ever until one night when i was home alone. i pinned myself with a ml of Sustanon (sust) a ml of eq and a ml of b-12 all in one shot. i started out slow and easy i thought everything was all cool and the gang but i couldnt have been more wrong. when it hit me i got hot as hell my ears started ringing i felt like i could hear a train coming it was weird. my heart started pounding out of my fucking chest like i have never felt before i thought i was goin to die literally. it was the middle of winter cold as fuck but i still went outside in my boxers and ran cold water over my head to cool myself off i called my neighbor over to stay with me just in case i passed out, after about an hour i was finally able to function enough to go inside an laid down. ive had some really bad motorcycle wrecks before but i have never felt so close to death in my life. be careful out there especially all of the new guys. its better to be safe than sorry.
