Shoulders/Traps PM

Unfortunately I didn't log any of my delt/trap workout - but I had a great workout with none other than Ology's own Leanbody.

I know we did seated military press, side lateral raises, front raises, face pulls, rear delt flyes, DB shoulder press, machine shrugs, lying incline shrugs (great angle to hit the traps!), and shrugs with the trap bar. I think that was everything - but I didn't record any sets/reps.
 
Nov 22 (Day 23)

Rest day. I can't believe I'm already 23 days into the cycle!

I went to the gym with my gf and since it's supposed to be my rest day I just did some seated calf raises and crunches. Ate a lot of food today.

My weight is still staying right on 200 - it seems I've leveled off - if so, I'll be happy with a solid 10 lb gain from the Epi...anyways, 5 more days to go!

For the four weeks of post cycle therapy (pct) I'll also be adding IGF-1 DES. I'll be pinning 80-100 mcg bilat pre-workout. I'm also going to go back to my normal training split - working out twice per day has definitely been taxing...but I'll still train legs twice per week.

Zeek - I feel the Epi was definitely worth using. I have put on about 10-11 lbs since I started and have stayed very dry. I haven't experienced any sides whatsoever (aside from maybe an increase in libido - but can't say that I mind that!).

For your intended purpose (as a finisher to a test cycle), it seems the Epi may work very well.

I have one day remaining of the 4 week cycle - now the only decision I need to make is whether I want to extend it for a week or two...

The vast majority of states will sell insulin syringes over the counter. I've bought them without hassle in states where I could not buy the regular IM needles we use. A 10 pack is like $2.30 out of a regular pharmacy. Something you might want to check with a phone call to one near you just in case you ever run out and need some like yesterday.

online is definitely the easier and cheaper route plus I would rather spend with our sponsors than give it to a pharmacy.

Today will be the last day of the Epi Strong cycle. I have decided to go ahead and end it at 4 weeks, so that I have time to finish 4 weeks of PCT before I fly back home for the holidays (don't want to deal with transporting research chems and Igf-1 DES). I have an extra bottle of Epi that I'll be saving for the future - maybe as a finisher to my first cycle of test e.

My weight is currently fluctuating between 202-204 and my body fat is at 8.2% - so I have gained some body fat over the last four weeks, but that is okay, and likely due to my high carb intake (usually ca. 400g per day) as well as lack of cardio. I had expected an increase, and 1% isn't a big deal - I can shed that easily when I need to.

Damn bro that is some nice weight you are pushing on leg day! You'll def add some size w that. Get your pins at cvs. You'll like the. Des. ESP on arm day I like to push it right into my bis before I workout. Insane Pump. (combine that with some NO Pre workout drink). Good decision on the epi too. Gives u time for pct before Xmas and start the new year fresh. Get your blood work done 1st of Jan so u have a baseline for your cycle pct.

Tried CVS last night but the pharmacy was already closed and the girl at the register looked at me like I was crazy. Lean, do they usually ask you what they're for here in CA, or is it usually no problem?

I'm definitely going to get bloods done at the start of January before I jump into my first real cycle.

PS - did your trap workout yesterday and got a sick burn - loving those incline shrugs man!
 
So I measured my quads in mid September and they were 22.75". Just measured them today for the first time...25.25"!! Yeah buddy!

Calves PM

Pinned 80 mcg IGF-1 DES bilaterally in the gastroc muscles pre-workout along with a shake w/ protein, carbs, glutamine, and creatine (this idea from User).

The pumps were INSANE...my calves felt like they were going to explode. It was almost painful, like I wouldn't be able to complete a full ROM, there was that much blood in the muscle...I love it!
