Do any legal suplements work?

creatine works, creatine ethyl ester works better. (reccomend PureCEE or other thats been tested by chromadex, lot of low grade stuff out there when it comes to CEE)

works for what? because there are a lot of supplements that "work"....

many of the designer "steroids", sometimes listed as "prosteroids" or "prohormones" work (they are steroids taken from VIDA- ones that never made it passed synthesis into testing). So they are also basically untested, completely so in humans, and most of them are methylated progestins (so generally reccomend against there use).

the recently published case study on superdrol is indicative....

Cholestatic Jaundice and IgA Nephropathy Induced by OTC Muscle Building Agent Superdrol.Jasiurkowski B, Raj J, Wisinger D, Carlson R, Zou L, Nadir A.
Maricopa Medical Center, Phoenix, Arizona, USA.

Over the counter (OTC) medicines are commonly used in the United States despite a lack of scientific evidence for clinical utility and toxicity associated with their use. A case of jaundice and IgA nephropathy as a consequence of use of a muscle enhancing OTC supplement that was advertised as innocuous with no hormonal activity is described. IgA nephropathy has not been described previously in association with the use of testosterone. The case highlights that, besides adulteration, the misrepresentation of chemicals present in OTC medications and supplements can create confusion and a false sense of security with their use.

There are some new pro hormones that are not methylated and work very well. Mega-TRN is suppposed be a tren substitute. I can't comment on it's similarity, but I tell you what, that shit feels life the real deal.

when you say supplements i consider them as something u should take everyday even if cycling steroids. Like ur vitamins, branches chain aminos, essential fatty acids etc. I consider prohormones prohormones

What kind of gains have you seen or heard from Mega-TRN? Should you cycle it, and is it something that would show up on a drug test? They drug test us all the time at my job...although I guess it doesn't matter too much if the shit is legal.

I tried M1T about two years ago, but the lethargy and the headaches made me stop. I also tried Creatine Monohydrate a while back and got some minimal results, but Creatine Ethyl Ester didn't do much for me.

To answer the rest of you guys, I'm looking to gain about 20lbs. or so. I'm not currently taking anything, and I was just wondering if there are any over the counter products out there that would help me gain about 20lbs. and add a little strength at the same time.

Supplement are not miracle drugs and nothing legal is going to be putting 20lbs on you in a month.

Multiviatims work at assisting your body in getting the necessary vitamins and nutrients it needs.

CEE works

Protein Powders work

Fish Oil works

etc.

Supplements work, but you have to understand what they are designed to do.

I'm not nieve enough to think I could gain 20lbs. in a month with anything I could buy at G.N.C. A 20lb. gain in muscle is my overall goal, and I'm willing to commit some time and effort to it. I just wanted to know if there's anything I can legally buy to help me get there.
Man, I hope I don't come off sounding like an asshole or anything. I just know you guys know more about this stuff than I do, and I don't really have access to anything besides GNC and online supplements. I live in a small town, and I don't know where I could get my hands on anything stronger.

Stay away from GNC, purchase your supplements online.

www.trueprotein.com is where I get most of my stuff. They have all sorts of protein powders. I would suggest the TeamSkip Blend, or the Cold-Filtration Isolate.

You can also buy your CEE (creatine ethyl ester) there and Taurine.

For a multivitamin, I use something I picked up at costco as well as Fish Oil Caps.

Would Mega-TRN cause hairloss, acne etc?

Second week into Methyl-1 alpha and I have to say this shit rocks. I was a total non believer in suppliments and still love and think for best results that will last, test is best but sometimes we want a kick and dont want to take illegal drugs that cost about a grand for a mild cycle. So I tried Methyl-1 alpha and needless to say everyone around me notices a major difference not to mention my girlfriend doesn't mind this shit is a 24 hour viagra. This is just my experience and everyone reacts different to everything but I must say after trying dozens of different supp's over the past 10 years this is the only one that has worked for me. Up 8 pounds and strength is better than ever. I cant wait till spring though Enanthate come back to me!

I agree with the fish oils and multivitamin. But why stay away from GNC.....are they crap? I use their multi because I've heard store brand cheapies such as Centrum are shit. Same with GNC brand?

GNC is just crazy over priced bro. They aren't allowed to carry pro-hormones either. They really just cater to the elderly who go in there and buy their glucosamine and get ripped off on their multi's. I used to always take the megaman- multi vitamin but was told that one is just as good as the other.
I like to grind up flax seeds and sprinkle them in with my eggs another great way to get some omega-3's. Fish oil is good but you can just eat three servings of salmon a week. I like going to real small privae owned supp shops I buy 5 lb's of optimum whey for $28.00 bucks GNC cant touch that.

I disagree, I never had any luck with CEE, I took 10 of those caplets listed above, split up 5/5 every day and your only suppose to take 4-5 a day and I lost 4 lbs in my first 2 weeks. So I went back to regular micronised creatine that I was on before and gained all 4 back in a week.
Another one that works really well is NO2 http://www.mrihq.com/store/index.html

Personally these are the best 2 out there, micronised creatine and NO2. Between the 2 I put on 12lbs in less than a month. I never tried Methyl-1 alpha

You can gain 20 lbs in a couple months no problem. The problem will be, though, that it won't be quality weight. To gain 20 lbs of pure, solid muscle - - this will likely take longer. Set yourself a realistic goal of say 6 months to gain size, strength, definition, and biomass. Say about 3 lbs per month - although you'll gain at different rates depending on whether it's the first several months or the last.

CEE works for some; ditto with creatine. Neither helps me; both give me stomach problems. Prohormones are - in my opinion - dangerous (read post cycle therapy (pct) or extended use).

Avoid GNC. Goto Lindberg Nutrition dot com, and True Protein. Get quality/expensive Whey; maltodextrine; fish and flax oil; etc. Most important: eat, sleep, and train slow - slow gains endure; fast gains lead to injury.

GNC sells good products, their prices are just WAY too high
