I agree with the fish oils and multivitamin. But why stay away from GNC.....are they crap? I use their multi because I've heard store brand cheapies such as Centrum are shit. Same with GNC brand?Easto said:Stay away from GNC, purchase your supplements online.

You can also buy your CEE (creatine ethyl ester) there and Taurine.
For a multivitamin, I use something I picked up at costco as well as Fish Oil Caps.

works for what? because there are a lot of supplements that "work"....
