Harvard is rated as one of the best medical schools in the world, but with all the admission frauds, devaluation of grades, education in general etc, diminishes the quality and reputation throughout the world, when you simply can pay for grades... and I'm pretty sure if the list was made today, it would not hold true. Plus its extremely small chances to get in as foreign student anyhow(scholarships/exchange/bribes or not...) so we're talking a handful people per semester that "comes to you". Hardly significant, is it? Especially since they're more than likely to end up with a worse education.
Sweden is actually ranked 6th though, in the entire world, behind UK. UK also have several schools ranked in the top 10. So logically we'd be going to them instead of you?
And a lot of YOUR medical students do come to sweden to learn specialist care.
