During my quest to find a knowledgeable TRT doc, I met with a specialist who naturally wanted to check out my junk. He found something that none of the other docs who've done a testicular exam noticed. A Varicocele on the left side. He said this could be the reason for my Low testosterone, or at least a contributor. He recommended surgery and stated he's seen other patients' testosterone jump a fair amount once the problem has been corrected.
Even if it only reduces the amount of test I have to take, I might consider the surgery (after a 2nd opinion, of course).
Has anyone here had personal experience with this, and if so, what were your results?
