Quick run down of stats:5'10"-187lbs-11%bf age 27.
When I started I was a lean 162 at prolly 8%bf-I was training and eatting to gain the better half of 2 years and got from 140-45 to 162 before my cycle.

I know I have a lot of work to do to bring up the wheels,they just dont seem as responsive as other muscle groups.

squat 405 1RM
dead 365x5
bench 265x5
military 115x8
lat P'down 260x6
 
try supersetting squats with leg press using rest pause for high reps on the leg press 10 reps with 10 sec rest repeat until 70 reps use a weight that you could normally do 12-15 continuous reps with, also shift your feet everytime you rest worked wonders for bringing up my legs, and congrats on the progress as well

yes that 5 1/2 month cycle finally came to a close...i will take some much needed time off and gear up for the the fall.

thats good.. i closed mine up about a month ago.. got the cutter all lined up for next month.. and i agree ambro is top notch..
 
Im about 2.5 months out from my first npc show.
not sure what weight ill will compete at currently im 184.6 at 9% so some where around there.
I just met with my prep coach and just started practicing my posing,got a meal plan and are going to change up a few compounds so ill update soon with new picks

couple target areas for the next couple months are calf,hammys and want to bring the lats down a bit more.Shows 10/30 stay tuned

Well done brother. You've come a long way from your original pics. And you're a good dude. Genuinely happy for ya kid keep up the hard work and good luck at the show. What you planning on running leading up to the show? What kinda diet plan does this guy have you on to prep for it?
