Killn chest today!! Still have some soreness from Saturdays peck injections! But who wants to skip chest day? Not me! Chest is swole and pumped as shit. Got beast mode on full blast. I love making half timers look like pussies in the gym. I just set up shop next to them, start killing it and watch the mirrin!! Good Monday fellas. Lets make it a great week full of progress and steps forward!

P.S. tren cough sucks so freakn bad! Shit hurts my throat. Only had it 3times now but it sucks.
 
ive recently ordered tren e and waiting for package in mail. Once it arrives ill be using in a summer cycle. I cant wait!
 
Hit back this morning. I did higher volume then I usually do. Lots of drop sets. I give it my all every set. Not stoping tell failure. This wears me out but gives great results and pumps. Why stop when u have anouther rep or two left in you. My HR was elevated and I sweat my ass off. Now I'm completely soaked wile climbing stairs.
 
Hit shoulders hard this morning. They were so pumped I could bearly lift them. Didn't have time for cardio so ill be hitting that tonight!!
 
Pump city.* Hitting chest and it's exploding. Sholders are pumped to!* Nothing better than a good amount of carbs pre workout.* Feeling good and making progress.* All I can do is wake up and make the best of every day I'm given.

my weight is sitting around 192 lb. Bf I'm guessing is about 10. Yes I'm running tren, npp, sust, and mast now. And yes I'm still with 3J. Everything is going good. It's getting harder and harder to loose the remaining fat now. Just have to keep chipping away at it
 
It's always nice to start the week on a Tuesday. Hit chest today. Did a lot of drop sets, hi reps, posed, and slow reps. Got a good workout in.
 
Cardio this morning! Hit back after work. It's been a bit since I hit heavy deadlifts, and oh how good it felt. Only went up to 455lb but that was as far as I felt I needed to push it. Did seated cable rows, one arm rows, rear delt flys, wide grip pull ups, wide grip pull downs. I try to keep my workouts to 4 or 5 exercises. But I hit them hard and with all I've got! Felt good and strong. After I got home I did posing for about 20min.
