I took last week off due to sickness and today was my first day back. i wasnt expecting much. Wasnt able to hit my bench today at 290 like iwas last time ago. I feel like im beginning to hit a plateau on flat bench. Also wasnt able to hit my db's for my sets like i did last session. Everything else stayed the same though, and i was actually able to raise my incline flys to 45. im gonna go to 50 next week. Im not too stressed about the bench as my body was pretty fucked up all week. diet is spot on for 5 days as well so im starting to drop weight nicely.
 
very impressive gains as long as u add 5 or 10lbs each week etc or hit more reps you are good to go and dont forget to take time off to recoop

Hit my sets today hard. almost 1am and im too shot to write anything else. Props to me for my PR of 405 for 3

*Nice lat raises and awesome bench. What do you weigh?
*Plateaus are a biatch to break; I usually change the workout a little or do more negatives...that seems to help when I plateua.

thanks bro's cardio is coming along...slowly but surely. doing it all natty is slow but for now its my only choice.

All my sets were performed with a 4 second negative then an explosive push. new to the routine so the numbers you see is me trying to feel out what weights work the best.
 
damn you're a strong MoFo. Let me know what you think about the 4 sec negs; I'm a big fan. It'll give you some nice size, quick!

again, this style of workout was down with 100 percent strict form, focusing on the negative for a count of about 3-4. My legs feel pretty fucking shot right now. :shoot2:
