Blasted this shoulder routine. it was good to do milt db's again as i havnt really done them in awhile. everything else seemed good and i seemed to bang it out nicely.
Haven't done high reps like this in awhile. feel like my fucking skins gonna rip off my arms. the pump is great. if i was Arnold i'd be cuming all over this motherfucker.
