Blasted this shoulder routine. it was good to do milt db's again as i havnt really done them in awhile. everything else seemed good and i seemed to bang it out nicely.

Haven't done high reps like this in awhile. feel like my fucking skins gonna rip off my arms. the pump is great. if i was Arnold i'd be cuming all over this motherfucker.

was fucking around and wanted to see what my max dead was...hit 495 but it killed my shit for the rest of my back routine. . . oh well. :smash:
