Mike43, indeed. I could (and they are more prominent after workouts) I was just trying to show them as is, at rest. Simply sitting at my desk they are far more noticeable (for what my baseline "look" is).
 
So for sure having some light adjustment issues when coming inside from somewhere sunny, but Def no yellow tinge to my vision. Also, the ability to go harder has left me SORE as F. Had to take ibuprofen just to try and get to sleep last night.
Love it.

I swear the only reason I'n do damn big is because I love garbage foods... Right now I have a distinct LACK of appetite . I tripled down on shakes at work to get at least my protein in. but I def don;t feel hungry at the moment :( I'm trying to stuff 1,200+ cals in with only a couple of hours to do it in!

Get some wrist grips in the top drawer of your desk. Whip those out and start squeezing some sets now and again. Make those forearm and hand veins pop out ridiculous.

I personally don't experience appetite changes, but many say they do.

I was thinking about this thread at work and a lot of what I say like pop out those veins this and that may not apply to a woman. Don't take it the wrong way I'm not trying to be a jerk and I think I will leave this one to the experts.

From a man's perspective, I don't think I had any changes in appetite either. I know it's hard though when you're just not hungry..

Other than that, great log thus far!!
 
I understand, Mike43. Maybe I'm on the defensive more than I should be, you know, it's the Internet! Lol
Women (generally) tend to be less vascular than men, and I am certainly not "lean"... But it was a change that I noticed pretty quickly, so I wanted to log it!

OK! So I randomly ran a 5k with a buddy yesterday! I'll chalk that up to a cardio day!

Today is was a DL day, however, due to equipment issues, I hit chest/ arms./shoulders.

I feel amazing! Period. I came from a bbing /powerlifting gym/background and am STUCK in a commercial gym at the moment. I don't have much to compare to as far a "machine weight" BUT... I upped every single stack today and had to add shit in just to feel fatigued!

my cycle is due to start in two days, I feel bloated but it will be interesting to see what the scales says, and if this month is screwy. (past experiences, many years ago, with halo DID cause issues, but osta did not.) we shall see.


Overall, feeling good. Minimal vision issues. No changes in mood, or appetite. Feeling VERY strong in the gym! YAY for 25%of the way through this experience

I weighed and measured yesterday, one week since the last time (I'm kicking myself for not doing it day 1).
Right Biceps Flexed 13 1/4 (down 1/4 inch) Relaxed 12 (down 1/2 inch)
Left Flexed 12 1/2 (down 1/4 inch) Relaxed 12 (same)
Ribs 32 (up 1 inch), I usually find this particular number goes up when you lift again due to harder midline
Waist at narrowest point 29 1/2 (Same)
Waist over navel 33 (down 1 inch)
2" below navel 33 3/4 (down 1 1/4 inch)
Hips 36 (down 1 inch)
Calf each 14 1/2 (up 1/2 Inch)

Scale went up 1.5 lbs... Considering I should be getting my period right now (and the loss of inches) that's actually very little gain. On the other side, my period has yet to come, at this point I doubt it will this month.

I wish I could get in to the gym a bit more, but work is crushing me. I am satisfied thus far and think the S4 has really helped a lot already!

That is the key, slowly increasing the weight pushed. Keep at it!
 
Interesting measurements! Yes, us fellas would be jealous of the drop in waist circumfrence. Lol.. Glad to see you're totally enjoying this compound. Thus far, s4 is my favorite.
 
OK. Sorry for the hiatus. I was called to a family emergency and so was out of touch.

For the ladies (or men interested in the info for other ladies), cycle did in fact start, was late, not sure of related but out of the norm.

I did manage to get some working out done over the last few days but I dropped some calories because it was pretty light work due to equipment and time constraints. Still feeling strong. Mood /energy is stable. No yellow tint to vision but light adjustment is getting rough now. Even going from one room to another is a pain in the ass. Lol

3 rep max DL attempt tomorrow, keep your fingers crossed!
 
Yeah, in all the years I've used S4 I've never experienced any cycle changes or interruptions. You'll be fine in that department, don't worry.

As far as the light adjustment: also normal. Any vision sides are COMPLETELY PERSON DEPENDENT. I know some guys who can handle large doses and others who get the sides at low doses. Just keep in mind it isn't serious. I've had several eye exams, told the doc what to look for, and all is well. And I've done S4 dozens of times over the years. AND- if sides are experienced, and they bother you (I got used to it honestly), just discontinue. And because of the short half life, within a day or two it'll go back to normal.

What dosage are you using? Still the 50mg taken in two separate 25mg doses?
